I got shoes made from this place, Charles n Keith shoes of mine which were brand new but due to lockdown I did not wear them so they broke, I got them here as suggested by some friends and he fixed the shoe well with new straps and the shoes became good to go. He charged 350 which was a little expensive as compared to the quality of workmanship, within one month it broke down and again I have given it to him to fix, this is the second time now that the shoe has broken down. I would not suggest to get shoes made or fixed from here cause they charge a lot and don't provide with a good solution! Also the staff and the owner have a rough way of speaking to the customers, not appreciated. The way to address a customer should be polite specially when the service you are providing is not good!!
