Jaiwana Haveli - Lake Facing Hotel

Our stay at Jaiwana Haveli was amazing and memorable.The hotel was reasonable. The rooms were clean and neat. The lake view from the room was beautiful.There are a lot of sightseeing places nearby, which made it very easy to explore. The breakfast was excellent and it's served at the rooftop, with amazing lake view! The staff were very supportive. Our host Harsh was very friendly, helpful and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and pleasant throughout.He gave us really good suggestions and recommended some more places to check out and we had a really great experience by adding those into our itinerary. They have arrangements for travel.There is an in-house auto person also, named Aslam, who charges very reasonably,and is very helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur.

It was a wonderful stay. Location is good, view from the rooftop is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Very hospitable. Suggestions by Mr Harshwardhan like the aarti at Jagdish mandir, and shiva temple were very good and we enjoyed our stay there.
Would highly recommend. They best is the breakfast which is very tasty.

Located very close and walkable to many historical and tourist destinations.

Big shout out to Yash & Irshad. They are such experts in hospitality that made us feel like we are at home! They are always ready to cater to us for anything & everything.

There is an in-house Auto person named Aslam, do ask for him to roam in & around the city. He knows a lot of spots & activities and charges reasonably.

Such a wonderful host Has, his tuk tuk driver Aslam and his neighbour shop owner Krishna. Location is perfect and rooftop terrace is magical ! We wish we stayed longer and will be back to his place !

Lovely and comfortable
We had a lovely 3-night stay at Jaiwanna Haveli. We had great views on Lake Pichola from our 3rd floor room, which was pleasant, comfortable, and clean. We had no issues with the small yet functional bathroom. A suggestion for light sleepers: earplugs and eye mask would be handy but don’t forget to remove them to enjoy the lovely aarti music coming from the temple across the waters.
The staff was lovely, helpful and kind. Upon arrival, Irshad promptly provided us with local map, local visit recommendations, and personal attention, while the staff took our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed the masala omelets, cut fruit bowls, toast and parathas; the coffee is prepared with milk as typical and you can ask for extra strength if necessary. We received excellent service from Lalu amd the kit hen staff (shukrya!). Last but not least, both day and night staff were very kind and helpful. Harsh was very interesting to chat with and he was helpful to us and other customers with logistic arrangements.
The roof top restaurant serves vegetarian-only food, beer, and gin and tonics. Also, for variety, we popped over to the rooftop bar and restaurant across the alley, the Natural View bar and restaurant. A helpful tip: for chilling on rooftops in the evenings use mosquito repellant spray or ask for the repellent ‘incense’ sticks. Overall a great stay and we would not hesitate to return!

Consistently good accomodation and restaurant over the decade or so I have been visiting Udaipur. Excellent staff and relaxed but quietly efficient vibe. Rooftop restaurant is the icing on the cake!

I recently stayed at Jaiwana Haveli - Lake Facing Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a heritage charm, and the lake-facing view from the room was breathtaking. The rooms and washrooms were clean and comfortable.
The owner was accommodating and helpful. The hotel's terrace offers an incredible view of Lake Pichola, making it a perfect spot to relax.
Additionally, the hotel's prime location near Gangaur Ghat and within walking distance of major attractions was convenient. The only drawback was the absence of a lift, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Very romantic and reasonable price nd beautiful location. Please note that there is no lift but the boys help u to pick up the luggage.
Staff very kind and helpful. The place is very neat and mostly I liked their discipline in everything. Top notch hospitality.
The restaurant food is also good. Waiter, Mr. GOPAL was very respectful and considerate.

Jaiwana Haveli Hotel is a really beautiful and clean as clean place. It is based around three artificial lakes created a few hundred years ago as the water supply. The best part is that our hotel overlooks the main Lake Pichola which is the oldest and one of the largest lakes of Udaipur. It was built in 1362 during the ruling period of Maharana Lakha and we have just spectacular views over it. The restaurant is great and why would you eat anywhere else with the view and the atmosphere.

The most economical and logical place to stay for couples/families/youngsters.
If you are looking for Cleanliness, friendly staff, accessibility, location then this is the place for you.

I would recommend calling the owner to book the room if you are concerned about view from your room.

If you are travelling with someone who can’t climb stairs, please check with the owner once.

Two wheelers can easily be parked, limited place for 4wheeler parking.

Best not to get 4 wheeler in Udaipur since it has narrow lanes which becomes very difficult to navigate.

Comfortable place right in the city center. Major attraction within touching distance. Clean bathrooms most important when you travel. Ganesh chaturthi pandals blocked our route while reaching the hotel. it's extremely busy around festive period. Reaching the hotel can be challenging but there are government run parking spots where we can park easily. Staff was polite friendly helped us with a map and gave us orientation.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was top-notch. Harsha, the owner, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The stunning lake view from the room added an extra touch of tranquility to our experience. Highly recommend!

Jaiwana Haveli is a very charming hotel located in the old part of udaipur approach to the hotel is through small alleys but it's worth it when you touch down at the hotel. The ever smiling curtious staff greets you makes you feel at home. The energy of the place is catching we had booked standard room via an online portal which was absolutely neat and clean to enjoy the view we climbed up to the 4th floor the views were spectacular 🤯. We didn't feel like leaving from there as the sun went down refreshing cold beer was served with some mouth watering snacks pakoda paneer chilly and cheese chilly toast. We ate dinner in the restaurant they serve pure vegetarian food which was fresh and homely Mazza Aagya khana khake.
Location is the best as everything is on walking distance. 5 to 10 minutes. Until unless you are unfit you will have difficulty in moving around. We had parked our car at chandpole parking which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has parking but due to heavy tourist movement police barricades old city which is understandable. We were well looked after by jaiwana team. We appreciate there help and kindness shown to our family during our stay.

The owner Harsh is the best. The location is awesome and its walking distance to every attraction. Best stay.
