It's out of the city geting a cab Is a Lil difficult their food is extremely tasty and services are fine there is no jacuzi but the sauna and steam are a great for relaxing. Plus thier gym is only for show not even a single equipment was functioning it was like as if they bought is second hand and just put it for display that we have gym rest there are no activities to enjoy

Very well located hotel on the outskirts of the city with hills and greenery surrounding the place. Food was really excellent. Service was a bit slow sometimes.

Facility was awesome 👌.
Room was very clean.
Swimming pool is so big and so clean.
Entertainment zone for kids also available with game room.
Staffs and manager's behavior was super very cooperative.

The service here is 10*. The rooms and infrastructure is of a business hotel and not resort. Though u get to relax and enjoy all amenities of a resort but the prime objective of property being business and marriage place lives more than the expectations.. experience here is always amazing . I have stayed for 4 times and everytime it's better than before.

Superb location, great service and the staff are so polite ,humble and helping. Never felt so happy with any services as theirs.... Every hoteliers and their staff should learn from them. Truly a great service. Food awesome, room view nice, overall excellent service.
The property is really good. The food they serve is awesome. The rooms are really big and really well kept. The property has everything swimming pool, gym, spa and salon. Its a perfect place to relax with your family.

It is a spacious and pleasant place just 10 minutes drive from udaipur railway station surrounding are quite and peaceful have swimming pool and evening kalbailiya songs and folk dance are wonderful for people who love cultural activities food is very good at the hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained good place for family to enjoy their holiday if price doesn't matter

location is quite good for a vacation, clean palce with good garden and plant also having a small grass mountain , night time parties was awesome

Imp places includes : City Palace(01 complete day), Jag Mandir and boat ride in lake pichola, Evening Cultural show at Bagore ki Haveli, Karni Mata Mandir with Cable Trolley, Vintage Car Museum, Fateh sagar Lake and Hathi Pol for best rajasthani/gujrati attires... Donot Miss Rajasthani Thali at Natraj Hotel near Bus Stand...Special Thanks to Mr. Shashank Dubey and his motivated team for making our stay stressfree and memorable...

I cannot praise, the facilities of the staff at this Hotel.
After travelling for three weeks, this was a fabulous destination to take off the dusty boots, sit back, relax and watch the world go by.
Even though they had just finished a hectic festive Christmas and New Year period, there was no sign of strains on the smiley faces of the wonderful team members.
I am a big believer it is the leaders and management of a hotel, that keeps the place ticking, and certainly this is no different,.
Under the watchful eye and guidance of the General Manager - Mr. Bishwajeeet choubey.The organisation is run with
Professionalism and proficiency and the genuine warmth of the staff, and smiling faces, show you that the staff are happy with in the work environment , this reflects throughout the team, right down to the line members of this extraordinary organisation.
Special mention has to be made for Mr. Himanshu Kaushal Front Office Manager, who really insured that his department was run in a professional and caring manner, another star attraction within this Hotel is Mr SambhuWho really is a hospitality gem , his kindness in looking after not only myself but my Husband and my mother, was astounded, nothing was too much trouble and he insured all I eventualities in conjunction with Himanshu was taken care of, As a ex hotelier I would have been proud to have these team members within my hotel, all the staff members were not only fabulous, but insured the tradition of this iconic hotel was maintained.
I’m already planning an excuse to be able to use this hotel and hopefully stay longer, you really do not want to leave once you arrive.
