I have covid-19 insurance policy with chola MS . I was covid positive on 5 may. So I file claim on 14 may but till today 27 may they don't processed my claim. No one responded either email niether customers care no. Radiculas service from CholaMs . I suggest all please don't buy any policy from CholaMs.
