Good gym with good trainer and equipments. And also environment is unisexual friendly.. plus trainer airf ladkiyon ko hi nhi ladko ko bhi barabar training deta hai.. you know what i mean.😋

The gym has a good environment and is safe for girls. I would recommend it for you all to join it. The trainers are very cooperative and treat in a good manner.

After few months , I'm writing this ...fully equipped, air conditioned . And ya well all those 1 star reviews are misleading. Highly recommended

Writing this review after 2 months in Optimal gym.. Full marks to ventilation and odor control. Sufficient quantity and quality of loads. Professional and supportive trainers and management. Hygiene maintained through repeat sensitization after every use of machine or equipment. Recommended for beginners and intermediate gym goers.

Newly opened. By far the best gym in vikas nagar area. Not very expensive. Clean, and fully air conditioned. Experienced trainers who give equal attention to each and everyone. Gym is well equipped with all the latest machines. Gym has a nice road view as well!! It has a steam bath facility as well.

One of the best gym and trainer also...this place has certified and national medalist trainer...if you're interested please visit once..... 💪💪

Optimal fitness centre is up to the mark in respect of ambience, trainers, other staffs and offcorse machines too. In my opinion this is the best gym in aliganj and vikas nagar area. Like it✌
