Having a great time . The environment is quite friendly and the trainers push you to your max , motivate you daily , train you in accordance and are very considerate.
Honestly , I would totally recommend joining!!!
Also , various activities take place, like Samba and Aerobics ...

VFITT has been awesome to me . Highly recommended to people who want to enjoy there workout sessions and be healthy n fit according to their desires. Quite encouraging and motivating Trainers: (Mr.Shahid Khan aka Mr.North India, Sandeep Gupta) . Place is pretty clean , weights rack properly arranged !! Has Zumba, Aerobics, Weight training sessions properly scheduled. It's functional from mon- sat , Timings : 6:00- 21:00.
