The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is conveniently positioned near a market and a park. The hotel staff is pleasant. I stayed for two days and the room was completely closed with no windows. The internet connection was fast. The restroom is spotless. The prices of food in restaurants are very exorbitant. I ordered noodles, which tasted fine but did not appear to be fresh. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide selection of foods.

Good place to stay here. Very good behaviour staff in their place and a very sweet way to talk to a guest. The room was good and clean . Service is also good 👍 .. morning breakfast 😁🍳 amazing 😍. Restaurant staff is good 👍....

Located near prime location near kanpur bypass, this hotel serves as nice hospitality for accommodation and meals. Decoration is ok. Banquet hall is also available for marriage and party purpose. Parking space may be problem so please consider the same.

I stayed in pinnacle with my family for 3 nights. It is budget friendly. Executive Room are spacious. Taste of food was really good. Room service also. Its located near mall and everything is accessible to this place espcly the airport. Everytime when we visit lko we are planning to stay at this hotel only.

Celebrated my 1st wedding anniversary here and had a great experience by the services provided by the staff. Food was amazing the staff was very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel for all your celebrations.

Booked 4 rooms for 7 days and the whole price was under 50k INR. Staff is so helpful and supportive and food is tasty as well. Very well located and centrally situated in Lucknow. 30 mins from airport in Lucknow.

We stayed in this hotel And The Room no. 3004 is very good & spacious room.
But there is no extra towels & no extra blankets to give us. I don't know what's the reason behind this but Management should be improved of this. Although Very Easy Check In Ms.Iqra & Mr. Tariq behave like professionals but in Restaurant nobody wants to talk directly.
When I talk to Manoj so He talk like he don't want that I order anything. (Very Bad Behavior of Manoj)

Great place for stay. Very happy n satisfied with the services. Cleaniness is above par. Food is awesum, everything we had was delicious especially the soups prepared were superb. Hotel staff is very cooperative especially Satyam at restaurant during our stay was helpul and his behavoiur was very good. I would also like to do special thanks to Prachi, hotel staff at reception. She was very cooperative and guided us for everything regarding lucknow. She actually made our trip easy and comfortable. Thank u all members ofPinnacle for best services. It was a Great stay. It was exceptional, good spacious and comfortable rooms, the service from the staff is so great and so fast. Donald James Sir was very professional with his work, food made by him was way too tasty, Pavan Sir was very quick and alert on his feet, Shiva Sir was very friendly and professional too. Had a great experience here. Will surely visit again!

We had booked this place to gather our buddies to celebrate our silver jubilee of passing out of school in Lucknow (The U P Sainik School). The choice was made just because it was close to our school. We were about 40 of us here for 3 nights with our families. I am happy to post this review because the hotel deserves it. Every thing at the hotel was par excellence. Their service the cleanliness, behaviour of the people, food and like Lemon Tree hotels they also feel happy about employing people with challenges of hearing and speaking. It truly is commendable for them to take this initiative. The hotel had super clean toilets and rooms and their linen was as it should be.।।।।। Absolute white. I would like to thank the entire team of this hotel to be running it so well. I had not expected this high a standard of service and upkeep in Lucknow.।।।। Specially when it's not a regular star brand hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and found the place well maintained and manned by reasonably trained staff.

The rooms were good, spacious and well anointed.

The food was good and kept Lucknow's culinary reputation intact. The complimentary breakfast spread was amazingly good and no matter how fussy one may be - there will be something for you to indulge yourself on.

Everything was handled excellently. All our special need was taken care. A very special thanks to ajeet srivastav ji for his management. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

The experience staying in this hotel was Very Good. About Service they have given was Great. Food eating was worth.

We had organised a banquet birthday party in sapphire banquet hall. The event organisation is as excellent- thanks to the good service support from Mr Ajeet Shrivastava in planning the event. On the day of event Mr Raj Kumar was present on the ground to support the event well. Overall a very good experience.

Decent hotel with very polite staff. Rooms are clean and decently sized. Food at Bukhara grill (4th floor) is good. Breakfast menu is generally buffet, but still they try to cater to your specific request to best of the possibility. Thumbs up for them.

Booked Banquet and many rooms on 26th Nov and on 29th Nov for my son's marriage. Also booked banquet and rooms twice for my daughter's marriage last year on 19th Nov 2018.
A very very nice experience in all respects. Very much well behaved, soft spoken and attentive staff from top to bottom. Very nice hospitality. All guests stayed in rooms were very happy. Provided accommodation to few guests who arrived early without any charge. Food is really of a very high standard. In a nutshell , 5 marks out of 5.
