Ishanika Hotel

It was a great experience in the hotel. The hotel manager Mr. Tiwari is very humble person he cooperated alot with us.
We booked 15 rooms in the hotel for wedding and in a very short time he arranged all the thing like extra bading, extra lunch etc.

These all things I rarely see in the hotels even in the 5 star hotels or heritage property.

Yeah I'm rating as 5 Star!!
I have stayed for a long period of almost more than a month in this hotel. Hotel is quite impressive amongst the other budget hotels in the same class. I would say hotel has the potential to be classified 3 star.
As of budget hotel, it has Nice lobby, good rooms etc.
Food, Indian food is just superb but somewhere Chinese food could be better.
Staff is really nice and helpful, Vikas was the champion for me throughout my stay.
But myself being as a hotelier, my observations for the Management team is that you should train more to your staff and also start focusing on customer satisfaction. You as an management should make feel to guest that you do care for your customers.

There are many issues that we faced in rooms, especially on last days AC failure was the horrible experience. As entire hotel was almost shut and being as a long stayed guests my room was the only one occupied in the hotel, you should have atleast arranged my sleep to be comfortable either that needs any other hotel reservations. I think being as a long stayed for month I would have expect this that the management should care. But they're like we can't do anything on this. For this only we had to checkout a week earlier than our stay.

Otherwise everything was nice.
Hope the management will take feedback positively and will focus more on customers satisfaction.

It was a business trip which was not actually planned and no hotel room was booked. So we chose found this hotel through MakeMyTrip and booked room in-person. Reasons:
- this is 4 star hotel in an affordable price. - Room was cleaned.
- Reception area is good.
- Receptionist was kind enough to provide the room in discounted price with complementary breakfast.
- Not much options available in the breakfast but enough to satisfy your appetite. Specially sandwich. Tea was not good.

Only one downside is that they don't have separate single beds in room. Only King or queen size.

Nice hotel with courteous staff. Rooms are good. Parking is small but you can manage to park your car. Nice location. Overall very good and budget friendly hotel. Good to stay during your transition to other place. Breakfast served was good enough. You can request them if you want to alter any thing in your breakfast.

Hospitality, Food, Service and above all the Cost Effective Place to conduct programs.
The staff took a great care of all the needs, in between the program as well.
Hotel Management took great care in ensuring that whatever we need is provided within the fastest time.
The food was ready well in time and was served till the last guest could taste it.
I had a wonderful experience

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, Ms Jyoti at Front desk is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful,food was amazing. Jyoti went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. staff behaviour was also very nice .I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting .

Very good Hotel and Nice Food

Ishanika is one of the best place to accommodate in such a posh locality. Services and hospitality offered by the staff members were amazing. A special thanks to Jyoti Kashyap Ma'am, she's very sweet and her way of attending guests is too nice.I liked her behaviour a lot and everything was amazing.I will always prefer same hotel for accommodation and events.

Very nice hotel and they have many Party halls we visited Party Hall at 5th floor with open Terrace but we were amazed to see such a nice arrangement their.
Awesome service and awesome food in their Buffet menu which we have so I'm loving it...

Hotel is situated in gomti nagar Lucknow.. It was nice and comfortable stay there.. You will get nice and clean room there.. We booked it through oyo and got very good deal.. Buffet breakfast was provided to us that was nice.. Staff was cooperated and nice..
