Amazing hotel with great hospitality, Service and great food at an affordable budget.. Located in a prime location in the vicinity of Charbagh railway station and charbagh bus stand. The hotel is very well managed and very suitable for family stays.. They avoid unmarried couples and hence the atmosphere is very friendly and suitable. The room service is prompt. The staff is courteous.. Rooms are well designed and have ample space. All kinds of facilities that a family traveller may require are available at the hotel. The price is perfect for a decent stay. Must to stay there once.

Nice place. Close to the station and food joints and bars. They have restaurant which has good food. They do fumigation also. Rooms were clean. Good service. Good staff behavior. Rates were also reasonable. One of the best places to stay near lucknow station.

This hotel is located in old city/part of Lucknow and hence the approach roads are narrow and congested. Having said that , this hotel is quite close to railway station ( 5 stations in Lucknow - this hotel is located near main Lucknow station , charbagh area ) , Uttar Pradesh state road corporation ( Bus stand ) and Airport too. Reasonable price for A/c rooms too . Rooms are neat and clean including toilets , customer service is good.
