Absolutely excellent service. Very helpful and efficient staff, neat and clean, proper social distancing. I had to settle pending matters for my grandmother who is a senior citizen and the staff made it an effortless and simple process. New branch also gives a fresh look.

All the staff people communicate well and all the problems related to bank account are solved easily and quickly. And the best thing is that new account is opened within 1 hour only.

Few days before I went to open a new account .
And I asked the staff who was filling my details , that will I be getting a rupay card the staff said no no sir we will not get a rupay card wo ll get another card.
I liked the staff very much thr as they were cooperative .
But after receiving the kit I am very much disappointed .
Aa now I have to go back to the beach nd first argue the the staff why this happened
And then fill another form and wait for another card.
Today morning I came accross around 100 of video filmed by customers of sbi arguing with them as the sbi staff was not allowing him to deposit money to his own account .

And in web SBI got a very bad repo..

Phone. No. Given on website is not picked up even if you try 1000 times. I donot understand the resaon ......
