Amazing ambience for friends and family. Service is Excellent!! I really loved the taste. Indian cuisine was amazing. I've tried roof top. It was an amazing experience with family. Drinks are also available. Little less vegetarian options. They're up to serve curries without onion and garlic. Price range is also fine. Also have a projector screen on the roof.

Great place for holding private privates. Good food and ambience. Their roof top bar and restaurant are very modern and picturesque. The indoor section Elevate is good for a party of 40-50 people. The decor of the whole hotel is very modern but understated and aesthetic.

I am very fortunate that we stayed here. The hotel ambiance is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping and room services were provided promptly and the food was amazing. Staff behavior was very good. I think this hotel is the best option for a stay in Lucknow.👍

One of the best hotels that we’ve been to in a while. Ideally located in Lucknow with easy access (via taxi or public transport) to tourist places, shopping markets etc. We were served refreshing welcome drinks upon check in which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel and rooms are decorated in boutique style which is both fun and luxurious. They have a roof top lounge area with bar and book cafe that appealed to both the nerd and the instagrammer in us, they have comfortable large swings as well which was fun to relax in. The rooms have iPad controlled smart home set up and you can control the lights, curtains, telly etc with the iPad provided, quite futuristic and exciting to play with. The breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel was delightfully delectable and you are spoiled for choices. The staff is very attentive which is nice. The front office manager Mr Sayed was extremely helpful and kindly accommodating. He was readily available at all times and provided useful insights to lucknow and ensured that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

This place is awesome in view for damm hot parties... The look the feel. The open air roof top is amazing also they included an Indian style bombu tree with fog.. Environment... So creative and amazing place...

The evening was wonderful because of the aura of the venue... No doubt it was very beautiful, elegant and relaxing environment. The staff was good, food was amazing, and arrangements was awesome. Even the furniture in the open air is an amazing idea. Yes it was worth to be a part of that party which I had. I am looking forward to visit the place as soon as possible.

This is the Place where you want to go again n again because of all the mentioned qualities, but super supportive staff, their behaviour, their greeting style, super courteous all..

Mr. Sajid Ali is wonderful, his Hosting style, his nature, everything makes this place a best rooftop.

Sajid Ji is the main head person who primarily focus over your orders and give proper instruction to staff..

Ambience is excellent especially rooftop 😍 I went at night and I loved it. But I would suggest to visit rooftop in the day time if you love clicking pictures. They serve hukkah too.
I had ordered Single Mint flavour which was amazing. 💯 Food is superb. I loved Dal Makhani. Do try it whenever you visit there. 😋😋 Also, the staff is very humble and everyone there is following the guidelines regarding Covid-19. Proper sanitization has been done. Everyone was wearing their face masks with shield. Do visit sometime, you are gonna love it. ❤

Great one night stay. Stylish room with plush upholstery and open washroom with sliding doors concept. All room controls were iPad operated and TV had Netflix option as well. Kitchen service superb. Limited breakfast but delicious preparations, served courteously. Location of hotel close to market area. No problem in finding transport.

A most advance n luxury hotel in the heart of the city

We stayed there for couple of nights during our recent visit to the lucknow. Rooms are very nicely designed and decent in size.
Everything can be operated here by the iPad. Even you don't find the remote for your TV/ Aircon.
We have liked this feature very much. You just have to tap on the iPad when you required anything. Service time is so quick. All the staff are ready to assist you at their level best.
Rooftop restaurant is having very nice ambience. A very good place to spend quality time.
Highly recommended place to stay in Lucknow

The ambience of this place is very elegant and the rooftop is very beautiful. It is one of the best place to have a luxurious dineout. Coming to the food, i had pizza and honey chilli potato, which was good in taste but not worth the price.

This Place has a Vibe of it's own. We were earlier than the check in time, but Ahmed at the reception worked swiftly to ensure that our wait time for limited.

The location is ideal as it connects to both New and Old lucknow. Hazaratganj is a few minutes away, aminabad is ten minutes.

Swiggy delivers almost every famous restaurant at the hotel, including SharmaJi ki chai, prakash kulfi, tunday kababi and more.

The rooms are better than most five star hotels. Comfort level is very High.

The staff is courteous and Hardworking.

Breakfast Buffet is just Outstanding. The flavours are on point and the Servers go above and beyond for their guests.

I loved every moment at the Hotel.

TL;DR - Amazing property for the price point.

A. Location - Quite close to Hazratganj. It is not in the main road but on a side road close to the main road. This is actually a good thing because very little noise trickles in.

B. The Room - Spacious, well-lit and well-appointed comfortable rooms. All the controls in the room are on the iPad right next to you on the side table of the bed. It makes controlling everything in the room very easy and convenient. There are different presets for the light which was very helpful. Netflix! Sensible shower controls!

C. Hospitality - The staff was very courteous and warm. There are places where you feel that the staff is take to you in a perfunctory way and they remain detached from you. Not this hotel. My experience with the staff at the from desk has been very very courteous, warm and helpful.

Of course, not everything was perfect. There were a couple of tiny niggles here and there - a broken tile above the water outlet in the shower; no profile light on the cupboard even though there was space for it. But these are things that your really have to look for in order to find them.

One area where they can improve further is the check-out process. The day I checked out, there was just over person manning the desk leading to a 5 minute wait. I think that was avoidable.

Considering the price point, one can ignore the minor trifles and enjoy the really good rooms and the very warm hospitality of the place.

Overall a great stay

Great place to spend time with your loved ones. The rooftop dine-in is just too good.
The service needs to be improved as you have keep calling for the waiter every now and then, rest overall its a big YES for me.

I always stay in novotel, marriot, etc. first time i tried levana.
The hotel is a great property, the IOT enabled in their rooms through iPad that works as a control for entire room's all features is absolutely amazing. Haven't seen this even in Taj.

Food is decent. Service is good.

A thick rich coffee with a twist of frappe. tasted foamy and thick at the same time. Proper balanced in taste and i personally loved it. Nd the shakes like thickly prepared and sweetened with oreo flavor to make it more tempting

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The ambience, room decor, smart access to every single thing actually made my stay a worth.

The food they serve is extremely delicious, you'll feel as if you are at your home and enjoying all the outside food flavors but in home made food. Extremely light food not so heavy.

A big thanx to Mr. Anil and Mr. Himanshu for all their cooperation and always being on their toes to fulfil any of our demand.

The terrace view is fabulous. One must surely visit their if you are staying there.

Property is quite swanky & technology forward, recent construction. Rooms are fully automated via an ipad. Lights, television, curtains , AC can be controlled wirelessly from ipad. Very good experience. Rooms are squeaky clean & food is also equally good. Enjoyed my stay.
