I am changing my 3-star review to 5-star. Yesterday I visited Cafe Coffee Day and had an overall delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Their warm hospitality added a positive touch to my visit. I decided to try the newly introduced "Raisin & Rum Flavoured Hot Chocolate," and it turned out to be a delicious choice. The blend of rich chocolate with the subtle hints of raisin and rum created a unique and satisfying flavour profile. The drink was expertly crafted and served well. I would highly recommend Cafe Coffee Day to anyone looking for a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and enticing new flavours of beverages.

No other coffee chain can beat what CCD has to offer. Located at a prime place, the CCD at Hazratganj is a classic addition to your usual routine.

There's a lot of franchises out there, but I love the Hazratganj CCD only . Love to visit in from far away instead of going nearby CCD .

One of the best CCD outlet in Lucknow with great ambiance, located right besides Hazratganj crossing.
It has variety of snacks and beverages, some of which are not available at other outlets.
There is a issue of parking though, you have to park your vehicle in Multilevel parking located 500m away but overall the experience is worth it.

Had an amazing time in the Cafe coffee day , really liked the services ! This is more of a appreciation review for Zaka there heard about him from a Friend and when I went there he give such a service that I never expected that kind of service from Ccd , but yes I was really amazed by that . I would strongly suggest people to visit ccd hazartganj specially when Zaka is there ! Really appreciated.

I wanted to personally appreciate the staff there but I was in hurry so couldn't, I would like to do a special mention about zaka I guess he was the manager there he went above and beyond to make my experience a delightful one , usually Starbucks coffee is my fav one but today the service of CCD was far more better than Starbucks, it will be my new go to place for every occasion ....specially the ganj one !

nd I personally like and would like to recommend Thier non veg chicken burgers which is a tray of happiness,joy nd Ur perfect hunger eliminated...l can't think of a more good nd comfortable as well as popular place for foodies in Ganj area

In case you wanna have the best, try espresso coffee, by the way I had chocolate ice cream scoop coz I didn't want to spend a lot of money but spent 3 hours while waiting

Really a great place to visit.The ambience is pretty good.The seating is very good.The crowd is pretty descent and of high class.Very lovely place to visit.With the view of HazratGanj chauraha,It becomes more stunning to enjoy your coffee.A must visit place with your family as well as your friends.

I’m a frequent visitor to Hazratganj but this was the first time I visited this Cafe Coffee Day outlet situated on the main Hazratganj Chowk. Conveniently positioned at a walking distance from the multi-level parking, I loved this and have bookmarked this for frequent get-togethers now. It has a colonial charm because of the high rise ceiling and rustic decor. The ambience is great. There are huge windows aesthetically done that add to the beauty of this place and bring sufficient natural light. The staff is good and the food maintains the same quality as other CCD outlets. You must check out this shop if you haven’t!

Great place to pass time while sipping on your coffee..the entrance of the cafe suits the Lucknow vibes! It's peaceful. Not very crowded.

Wow! was a delight to spot a cafe in the city of LKO. loo wasn't working, the coffee was great, but they have no idea what a flat white coffee is ? CCD r u listening , perhaps your Baristas ned more training, its not the case with LKO - ccd , Even Bombay Barista have no idea of a flat White. Bizarre. And hey you need to have more Beans options , not just India Blend.

Best place to have hot coffee with some work done in your lappy, or while reading your favourite author's book. Small talk to big conversations with your friends or with your bae a hot coffee makes everything great n awesome.

One of the BEST brownies in town can be found in our very own CCD . In fact, REAL BROWNIES EXIST IN CCD 😁 You will savour it. Try for yourself. I recommend Sizzle Dazzle brownie with coffee of ur own choice ... Or maybe Elaichi Chai 😃 both are awesome.

Everything was good but after the door, in the right hand seat where I was sitting, water was dripping drop by drop from the roof.

And place is itself so addictive... coffee lovers welcome...the aroma of coffee is kinda mood ... CCD is love ❣
