Naturopathy has the best treatment for any disease be it physical or mental. Also, naturopathy treatment recognises the fact that all diseases are caused by accumulation of foreign material in the body and naturopathy has the treatment for every problem, which our body experiences due to hectic lifestyles. I had been experiencing a lot of problems due to poor lifestyle and after taking treatment for merely three days, I am feeling much better. This place is one of a kind in Lucknow. I had a very satisfying experience in the wellness camps organised by this clinic. The staff is very helpful and polite. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once and see for yourself the interesting and effective techniques of naturopathy for most kinds of sickness/illness.
My favourite ones include mud pack, mud therapy, anema, jal neti, hip bath, steam bath and many more.

HIW Naturopathy is very helpful for the patients of migrane .it reduces medicine from 4500 mg to 1200mg and within few months .i beleive that I can self reduce my medicine with regular treatment like jalneti ,Hot foot bath ..etc .so thanku so much Sikha ma'am for giving me advice on my body and mental fitness.

I had took many sessions for detoxing and done navratri scientific fasting two times under the guidance of Shikha Ma'am. The therapy session was really relaxing. Their staff was well versed and it was a nice experience overall. The scientific fasting I had done was really effective and also helped me in reducing my weight.

This is the 3rd time, I am keeping navratra fasting. It gives different energy, and ehen as a group we do some activity, benefits are in many folds. I never imagined that ,I willbe able to do fasting for so many days, 7 days are over,I am feeling very nice. I lost 2kg of extra weight as bonus, feeling light, I was migraine prone person, Cant resist urges to eat but thanks to almighty God..feeling fine, nd didnt feel like craving for any food, though cooked food with rest of the family members. I highly recommend this centre. Dr. Shikha is a very knowledgeable doctor. She is so patient and so pleasant to talk to. She has done amazingly well by designing a beautiful course to teach and make people understand the concepts of naturopathy and make us solve our health issues ourselves and without any medication at the comfort of our homes. The center in itself is well established and has all the traditional resources to carry out the treatments.
