Brilliant service, great selection of Indian and western food. Staff are all smiling and love to help you. Very family friendly. Pool was lovely, clean and I felt comfortable in western swimsuit. The rooms are spacious. We had a tub in our room which was great as we gave 2 small kids.

An amazing stay with very courteous and polite staff especially Alina and Preeti from housekeeping were really helpful! The room was amazing and comfortable too. Would recommend visiting them for any of your work/family trips. Worth a visit!

Novotel hotel Lucknow is the best place for the family , friends , vacation I went there with my family n I felt that I have chosen the best hotel , I had a great time in swimming pool, Gym and ofcourse the rooms were very cosy and comfortable all the necessary supplies were there in the room and the bathrooms washroom and rooms were well maintained with taking care of hygiene...last not the least just wanna thank miss preeti and Alina for taking care of our laundry from delivery to pickup , also for providing us the water bottles time to time whenever we needed.
