We had a great stay at Hotel Piccadilly, they have good services and cater to all your tiny needs. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Our 2 night stay happened due to flight cancellation. Arpit at Piccadilly was very helpful in checking us at night when he was swamped by several booking. He was still recovering from some injury to his leg but was working relentlessly to take care of guests. He is an asset to hospitality business. Food quality for in-room dining was good and quantity was more than we expected. I may not visit it again as I was transiting but can recommend this place for it’s quality and service.

Beautiful rooms, top notch service and a beautiful location. Felt like staying here for some more time.

We have been unintentionally troublesome guests. Our taxi driver insisted on a cash payment although we had already settled the bill via Uber. Another hotel had screwed up our laundry order and had not delivered it in time. Piccadily team supported us with both matters. Side fact, our room and the bar was pretty good, so we can only recommend this place.

I have been to the hotel for a meeting. The hotel is near the airport. I stayed in room 302. Room was spacious. Breakfast in the coffee shop was amazing, they have so many options for vegetarian and vegan. Breakfast is served until 10 pm. I have been served by Garima and Shubham in coffee shop. Both were amazing. Thank you for the great service. Would like to see you again.

Great location. Just 250 meters walking from the metro station, which originates from Lucknow airport. Great rooms - well appointed and services provided without being asked for.

Above all, exceptional buffet and dinner spread and quality

We were going to Varanasi from delhi, took a night hault here. It's on the way. I didn't have a take any detour to reach here. Property is good. The food is good.
Have a lot of options for breakfast.

I visited here for my interview. Staff is polite and professional, services are also good.
