Extraordinary experience from the hyundai service center in Bolpur. The car service here is very good. They not only care for the car, they also take care of the customer. The technicians there are extremely skilled.

I bought a Hyundai Alcazar (Petrol 2.0, Platinum Optional Variant, Automatic Transmission) from Rudra Hyundai yesterday. It had been a splendid experience. Right from the start, Shovan Roy from sales had been extremely helpful in making the overall experience smooth. We did a test drive for both Creta and Alcazar, liked Alcazar but we waited for over 2 months before we actually made the decision. The best part was that during that decision making period there was no push to force upon a sale, rather we found Shovan to be very understanding and helpful. He had exact knowledge of the car, shared all practical challenges that can come with owning a big car was shared by him.

The team in the showroom were equally helpful - Arun Bhakat had always been a guiding light whenever there was an issue (and there were quite a few - as I had some document issue), Suhasini Chakraborty helped to explain all details with respect to car and continuously updated us on the status of car delivery, Jhumki Das, Atin Chandra Mondal, Chandan Chaterjee, all of them provided us with top quality service and took care of our every request.

The end to end car buy experience had been wonderful and we are now a loyal customer of Hyundai. What amazed me, was the dedication of the team, the ground staff and respect for customer at all times (specially when things were not going our way)

We are now proud owners of one of the best Hyundai vehicles in town and Rudra Hyundai would be referred by us to everyone who is looking to buy a car in a hassle free and trustworthy way.

First of all I want to thank Rudra Hyundai for super fast delivery, the car I wanted is on 12weeks waiting but rudra hyundai delivered within a week, The staff behavior and after sale service is also very impressive,Only Cons as i feel is there payment system , if u pay in cash then it’s very good , but if you want to pay cashless then it’s horrible, I had waited 30mins on my 1st servicing day and waited more then 2hour on car delivery day!hope they upgrade there payment system asap for seamless experience ✌

The environment of the showroom is very good. All the staffs are helpful and behaves good. Overall a very nice experience
