It is all 5 star with 2 star price. Located near to station and the tourist spots. Highly professional and polite service. Rooms are spacious , very well done up with modern furniture even with a small fridge nicely holed up. Room service is prompt .Food is very reasonabley priced and tasty.⁰⁰

Nice place to stay in Bolpur Shantiniketan. Suite room was specious. Food was good. The property nice good after renovation. I would like to visit again.
Overall good, some issues observed but I want to highlight one major issue related to food service. Huge delay in servicing atleast 30mins wait time to get your food.
Also network problem is frequent

I really loved the stay. The rooms were great. We stayed in the cottages it was very nice. They even had smart TV. Which is very helpful when you are traveling with the kids. The room was clean. Not that much specious. The ambiance was also good. Service was great. There is parking available. Food was really good and tasty. Worth a stay. Recommended.

A must visit property to stay at shantiniketan. Staffs are very welcoming and well behaved. Food served at their restaurents are excellent. Room services are very good.

The rooms are excellent for the price. The location is also very good. Most of the sightseeing locations are nearby. I would recommend to hire a Toto for travelling around. The hotel is really spacious with large grounds. Only disadvantage is that they take a lot of time to serve the food. Otherwise great!

The gay abandon with which one can move about within the precincts of the property at any time of the day together with good food, very good service and beautiful ambience provided by the authorities are the most attractive features which draw us everytime I come down from Bangalore and am drawn towards Santobitan during my stay at Calcutta. The place is really good. The cottages and the front lawn are a good space to hang around. Kid friendly and safe. The food is good, though the meal service is quite slow.

Had Non Veg Thali there .Food was very good .Staff was professional , would recommend to visit this place for lunch, Mutton , Chicken , Fish Thalis are best to be recommended. Place is cosy and hygienic , without staying you can visit here for lunch

It is locally known as Tourist Lodge. One of the old property, where traveller stay during visit to santiniketan. Well maintained property with good service. It is now also available for wedding ceremony or other events now a days.

A perfect tourist lodge with all kind of facilities. Most importantly the services makes the differences. Liked it all. Would like to be the guest of such hospitality again and again. keep it up team.

Though this is government property, you got all deluxe facility which private property provide. Food quality awesome. Available all type of foods.

Restaurant has huge menu but most of the things are not available
Some rooms have Bathroom issue so be careful.
If you do not book before hand at a go you wont get a same room . Shifting from room to room is hectic

It was an amazing experience. However the rooms which we booked were a bit small but it was very cozy. Nice location and shonajhuri haat was not that far at all. Overall v good experience.

A very good place for staying in Bolpur, situated on the main road. This is the WB tourism department property. We stayed in a cottage with family for 3 days. The rooms are very good with all facilities like geysers, showers, king size beds, tv & ac. Food is also available with complementary breakfast. The only problem is room service is not upto the mark.

Its a magnificent place to stay in Bolpur Shantiniketan. Service, ambience, food quality is excellent and homely. Specially, I would like to mention the name of Khairul Alam (Kajal) and Mr Sen who proactively look after every aspect of the boarder and ensure complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend to every traveler who visit Shantiniketan to stay and enjoy the hospitality of this place.

Good, cordial, helpful service. Nicely developed, decorated lodge.We stated at a cottage. 3 storied building with several no of rooms with lift facility is also there.

Just had lunch there. Good value for money . Quality of food is good .
