When coming out of New Dehli Airport, this company purported to be the pre-paid taxi service. They are not - the government pre-paid taxi service is just through the doors to the right of this desk. We had just been on 2 flights and were tired and confused. They insisted that they were the pre-paid taxi service, so we just took their car - they tried initially to charge 2000idr - the uber cost would have been - 200idr. The driver took us to a shop to buy sim cards - we bought very expensive sim cards that were empty - another scam.
When we finally got to the hotel, we were asked for a tip (after having paid 1500idr for the journey we declined).
It is a shame to treat visitors to your country like this.
Fortunately since then we have found India to be a very kind and beautiful place. It's a shame that the few spoil things. This company is not good and is very misleading.

First time in India and immediately got scammed..they charged me 1600rupies for 10 min ride in trashy car where lost wheel on the way. In the hotel i learned i should have paid max 350rupies…hope karma works for these people . On the other hand it says a lot about the nation..with that behavior you will not get far🫤sad story..

Their agency at the airport terminal 3 is a scam. For a ride from the airport to Mahipalpur which is a straight line of 2.5 kilometers exactly they charged me for extra kilometers much more and the taxi did not take me directly to my hotel but took me from other roads to justify the ride. Simply unacceptable. Besides that, because they asked to pay rupees, I gave them 50 dollars to change it to rupees and they stole at least 2000 rupees from me. They give me only 2500 rupees. They are just miserable scammers that they not deserve anything more. I don't recommend them for any reason. I put one star because no have zero star option.

This company is located just outside the arrivals at T3 Domestic. Firstly they charge 2-3 times the cost of any other prepaid cab, ola or uber. Secondly, after paying that much, the car is just an ordinary cab & no provision of bottled water or any other extra service.

Thirdly & the worst, after my flight arrived at 1am (just 3 days ago), the guy didn't offer to carry my bag & after dropping me at Faridabad, the hotel security took out my luggage. I am about to leave & this kid has the arrogance to ask for a tip ! I mean what service did you provide for a tip ?? I give him a 100 bucks considering its very late and he is unhappy !

Very unprofessional. These people are cheats, provide no extra service and charge INR 2200 for something which any other cab (at that late hour also) would charge INR 800.

Do not encourage them. You will be disappointed and you will start your trip in the capital with the feeling of being cheated.

it’s a total scam .! Uber showed 100 and the car company took 1000 .!! I asked what’s the difference and they said hardly any .! It was just in the aerocity

Expensive and fraudulent operation. Paid 1500 for a Gurgaon drop, they ended up giving me a car which was a regular cab. It was filthy and not what I expected for the price paid. They are clearly outsourcing their operation to any taxis that are available so the quality and safety are completely at risk. DO NOT USE THEM especially single women

Title: Disappointing and Unsafe Experience with Carzonrent Delhi

I recently had the displeasure of using Carzonrent Delhi for a trip, and I felt compelled to share my experience in order to help others avoid the same issues I faced. The service I received was far from satisfactory, particularly from the manager, Rohit Sharma, and an employee named Hari Om.

Our trip started off on the wrong foot with the driver provided by Carzonrent Delhi. He exhibited extremely unsafe behavior behind the wheel, frequently dozing off while driving on the highway. This, understandably, made my travel companions and me feel incredibly uneasy and concerned for our safety.

When we contacted Carzonrent Delhi to request a change in driver, both Rohit Sharma and Hari Om responded with nothing but excuses. Instead of addressing our concerns and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility and avoiding taking any action.

Due to the reckless driving and overall bad experience, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short. We contacted Carzonrent Delhi once again to request a refund for the unused portion of our booking. Unfortunately, our calls were met with further disappointment. Not only did they not answer our calls, but when we finally got through, our call was rudely disconnected mid-conversation.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by Carzonrent Delhi, specifically by Rohit Sharma and Hari Om. Their unwillingness to address our concerns, provide a safe driving experience, and properly handle refund requests is unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Carzonrent Delhi to anyone. It is my hope that they will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their customer service and safety standards for future clients.

In light of my experience with Carzonrent Delhi, I would like to offer a tip to tourists and travelers who might be considering using their services: it would be best to avoid Carzonrent Delhi altogether. Instead, opt for more reliable and reputable transportation services such as Uber or Ola. These companies have a solid track record of providing safe, dependable rides and are generally more responsive to customer concerns.

Additionally i have videos of the driver sleeping, screenshots of conversation with both of them.

Prepaid taxi overpriced at T1 Delhi Airport. Be careful, they are the first after luggage collect to attract travellers. Gov pre paid taxi office is just outside the airport exit.

Carzonrent is giving third class services and making false comments to customer i will never ride by Carzonrent and will advise others thinks at least 100 times before taking their services

Scam! Be aware.

Absolutnie odradzam. Ta firma to oszuści i złodzieje. Ich kierowca wywozi w inne miejsce niż jest to w zleceniu i żąda dodatkowych pieniędzy za dowiezienie na miejsce. O zawyżonej cenie już nawet nie warto wspominać.

Les chauffeurs de cette société sont des voleurs. Ils m’ont demandé 20 € pour rentrer dans la zone des hôtels à quelques kilomètres de l’aéroport et ont refusé de me rendre la monnaie en roupies. La manager cautionne cette pratique frauduleuse. Ne louer surtout pas de taxi chez ces gens là.
