Buddha Jayanti Park

Absolutely delighted with my visit to Buddha Jayanti Park in Delhi today. The serene ambiance, well-maintained gardens, and the peaceful aura make it a perfect retreat. A must-visit for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility in the heart of the city.

It's amazing during the spring season. Please do visit this park in the month of March. It's beautiful and well maintained. You will literally feel you are in a flower Paradise.

At one time notorious but visiting after 10 years very happily surprised its neat and clean and not crowded. walking tracks also.

Too much greenery and bhul bhulaiya wale raste is too much fun

A very calm and peaceful place. Good for people to have their quality time there. A photogenic place. There's also a cafeteria inside so you don't have to look for food outside. But i would recommend you to carry your own food stuff bcuz the cafe inside is a bit pricey. Good place for a date.

It's a beautiful, relaxing park that gives an opportunity ot be close to nature. The bal bodhi tree and the Buddha statue within this park emanate peace and calm.
The garden restaurant within the park is also aesthetic and the food served is tasty and homely.

Very good for lush green and forest lovers. It is very quite and calm place in center of Delhi with abundant greenery. It also has facilities for free parking and public convenience.

This park has everything from garden to nursery to narrow paths through woods and few scenic views. Really nice park for a long walk/run.

Also has a small old style restaurant with okay menu.

I am Delhiites by Born but I always heard about some cheap things about this Park e.g. couples are here on extreme level of intimacy. So today first time, I finally decide to go and check by myself Trust me I found this place so beautiful well maintained, many washrooms, cafeteria, nursery, kids playground with some normal excercise machines. I'm visiting during the corona time might be possible there is less couple but this is not the problem bcx we can easily find couple mostly in every park doing cuddles and all. But This park is huge in just one round circles you can easily achieve 7000-1000 steps, it can 40-50 mins to complete one round for normal steps walk. Good for Walk, Running, Family, Kids, Old people and yes you can find monkeys also while walking. It's amazingly beautiful 💕

Great place yo visit for family picnic party and have fun. Lots of trees and green plants and fields. Well maintained and clean. There is no such crowd. You can visit the park for family picnic and all. Kids can play and have fun too. Lots of people visited for picnic rest in weekend or holidays.
Overall experience was awesome.

Amazing place to have 'Me' time with calm and serene views.
The restaurant service stands pretty hygienic and the staff is very polite.
You will find restrooms in almost clean condition.

the park is chill and calm, they should sometimes clean the windows around Buddha but it is still nice.

March (Spring) is the best time to visit Buddha Jayanti park. Beautiful Bougainville flowers everywhere.

Very nice place for taking your family.. there are a lot of gardens inside for picnic and strolls. So many varieties of plants and flowers to see. It even have a small waterbody with ducks and other birds. I would advise to stay in main gardens if going with family since you'll find lot many couples in the corners.

Excellent picnic park , and a very good place for drinking coffee.. befire 7pm you can come and enjoy inside luxury cafe

The significance of the park lies in the young sapling of the popular Bodhi tree planted here, which has been brought down from Sri Lanka. The Bodhi tree sapling was planted here in the year 1964 by the ex-Prime Minister of India, Lal Bahadur Shastri in the memory of Buddha's attainment of Nirvana under the Bodhi tree.

Location is v. Nice.
Park is soo beautiful but it needs to be maintained properly.
And People are making it worse by doing some sexual activities over there , that will make a family so much uncomfortable , children's can't come and play because of them .

Couple need to think twice before doing such activities in a park.

Good for Family picnic now, it has resturants and breakfast,lunch.
