Uncle is very genuine, well-spoken, and suggests his own additions that help make these things perfect. I've never seen him in person, but am a regular customer now (ordered at least 5 cakes and bouquets till date); can definitely bank upon him to help make yours and your loved ones' day more special.

Made a faceless deal with the store over WhatsApp. At 8 pm on the night for next day morning delivery. The doorstep delivery was on time. The bouquet was insane and beautiful and felt very reasonably priced as well. We are not Delhiites and still could procure such a beautiful bouquet. Thanks for the service sir.

I had a wonderful experience with Just Flowers. A friend was turning 80, but at the last moment I had to go out of station. As I had used Just Flowers once before, I tried to place an order online, but got stuck at the payment gateway.
Within minutes I got a call from them, asking how they could help. I explained the situation and they very happily offered to deliver the flowers and said that I could do a bank transfer later.
They set such a good sample to me of being helpful to someone they did not even know. It made my whole experience so positive and gave me faith that some folks care, in spite of the difficulties everyone faces.
I later saw a picture of what was delivered and it looked so much better than what I had ordered online. A big Thank You to everyone at Just Flowers

Hello Folks, I am based out of Mumbai & wanted to arrange a beautiful surprise bouquet for bestie's birthday. I came across Just Flowers & they did a fantabulous job. The Owner- Uncle himself helped me out with the bouquet -jus the way I wanted it to be. The perfect one!! His suggestions & experience is of great use. They also arranged the delivery on time. Customised service was provided. I am very very happy with the outcome & it's highly recommended. I had also requested for card & ballon & the same was also arranged perfectly. Out of the way, I had asked for a favor, few small white flowers on my cupcakes (was arranged separately through a baker) Uncle lended few flowers happily. Lightening Delivery Speed... Ordered @ 1:10PM & got the flowers by 1:30PM. Follow up call by Mr. Daman was really a nice gesture. Loved the service & flowers. Just flowers would be the first choice for me to order flowers from now on.

Super high customer service standards, which is not easily found in India. We made a phone call to enquire about some flowers and shop to timmings. The owner offered to send photos on WhatsApp with reasonable prices. We liked one of the design and confirmed order on the phone. Flowers were delivered in the next hour to our office in District centre.

Am more than satisfied with the services rendered by Just flowers and delighted the way they handled the delivery of a special bouquet to my 81 year old Army-Veteran Dad on his Birthday, with sensitivity and beyond the call of duty, as the owner himself personally delivered the flowers that more than made up the absence of Immidiate family and only son on that special day. The payment was made in advance effortlessly by paytm and message card was elegantly attached. As the icing on the cake, he further went out of his way and on his own accord delivered Dad's favourite sweets from Ajmal Khan market in Karol Bagh, two days later, an issue which I had discussed with him but dropped the idea as sweets delivery to West Delhi was not economical on the same day. "A florist who cares" and a rare species of humanity and integrity in Delhi. My permanent florist in Delhi from now on. Thanks Mr Damanpal Singh, God Bless you for the kind services rendered. I am remunerating you for the sweets even though you have not preferred a bill. Wish all services were delivered like this, or is it Karma?
A Fresh Positive review/update after a negative one today (positivity should prevail) : Jai Hind, Just flowers continues to give us excellent services even though we are 2000 kms away, ever since my last reviews 4 years back above. Many times I have forgotten some Bdays/annivs and the noble, caring, loyal, service-minded, devoted and a fine gentleman that DamanPal ji is, he reminds me now & then and shows that there are my fellow citizens who are worth fighting for. One day, this year I gave DamanPal ji a difficult task to send flowers to Modiji's mother on her Bday without knowing either of them or their addresses and Lo & Behold !! He did it !! God Bless you DP ji (same initials as my respected Dad, what a coincidence!!!) and we wish Just flowers Delhi all the success in making more people delighted and help maintain relationships.
