This gym has been a boon for health conscious people... A very diligent place... Perfect environment.... Trained people... And ambiance is quite attractive... Once you enter the place, you just feel like staying here forever... No foul smells... Maintained toilet and locker room and it has everything you expect a gym should have...

Best gym.... If you changes your city, you may go to any part of india and attend your gym anywhere with that pass.

The gym is good, and the traners are friendly.

You might have to wait for equipments to get free during peak hours. The trainers are good and especially the head coach - Rana sir. He is almost always available to help.

I have not wtinessed any arrogance from any staff. All staff members are polite and good.

An additional AC can be added so that the temprature doesnt rise when it is too hot outside and more people inside the gym.

I am not somebody who goes to the gym regularly but I am definitely a health conscious person. I eat the best possible food and try and do something to keep me active. I join gyms to get into routine or for a particular target and I am very conscious about where I go. I was really sceptical of which gym to join and if this was good enough. And to my surprise it was amazing. The trainer's are great, they have all the facilities you need, variety of workouts to choose from.
It's really far from my place and that's what keeps me from going there. If its within your reach then you must definitely join.
Only one personal advice one must club open area workouts along with the gym (any gym).
This is definitely one of the best in Gorakhpur.

The gym is as professional as it can be. All the equipments are maintained, and over the class. Besides, the trainers are extremely polite and professional in their manners. I would recommend it to everyone who's willing to workout, as a beginner or as a pro. You'll be extremely satisfied with Gold's Gym.

Area wise its small so equipments are not much and sometimes people have to wait for some machines to get vacant.

Number of Treadmill is more, has feature of crossfit and yoga. Trainers are good and well experienced. Environment is friendly. Proper cleaning is there

was there only for 14 days.Nice gym... Important equipments like squat rack, leg prees etc present, except calves machine. Polite staff. Will help you on their own. Overall nice gym.
