This gym is a well organized and managed gym... I have being working out over here since 2months....N u have any problem regarding the workout.... Trainers are there to help u out.... Most importantly if u have inconvenience caused by any of things u could directly talk to rajat bhaiya without any hesitation.... He is a very calm, reserved, balanced,mature n cool person.... He is also a down to earth person... He is a peaceful soul... He listens to you very patiently n will definitely take yr issues into consideration.... The vibe of the gym is good.... Most comfortable gym for females... I overall had a good experience over there.....n I would definitely recommend u too.

Best choice I’ve made training at National Gym. Very friendly trainers who make me actually want to go train. All the trainers are exceptional (Special thanks to Rajat sir) and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Each member gets the personal attention even if they are not taking the personal training. They will take care of your medical conditions as well. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - Highly recommended!

I've been going here for over a month now and not once have I felt low, demotivated or confused during my workouts. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful; they guide you through your exercises, help you correct your form everytime it's needed, and push you to do better. Even the fellow members are full of energy and keep motivating you. :)

One of the best gym, I'have seen. My trainer is really amazing, they have all the facilities u need, variety of work outs to choose u.
I have seen a lot of result in last 3 months.
"National gym "Complete transformed my body, I feel much stronger and energetic.
And one of the positive (important)part of this gym --- "1001% safe for girls", clean ,friendly,n healthy environment ( thanks Rajat sir).

Spacious gym with dedicated sections in four different floors for crossfit, weight training ,cardio and canteen and massage also available. Lockers and loo and changing room also available. Latest equipments as well hai some classic old school machines too. Trainers are professionals and have good knowledge of exercises and diets as well. Good ambience and overall a good experience.

Gym includes AC , Non AC , yoga classes and aerobics . Gym has its own canteen where you can get fresh fruit juice and boiled eggs .

Rajat Bhaiya is managing the gym really well .
