This is a major station in the Vijayawada - hyderabad route.

It's a normal station so nothing much can be said.

The washrooms are clean.
The station atmosphere is good.
Station was neat and clean, some construction works was going on at the time I visited.

Shops are available just outside the railways station.

Overall a good experience.

Railway department maintain very cleanly. Nice place. All facilities are available nearby station.
Hotels, lodges, bustand also walkable distance. But railway station vehicle parking charges are very high rates this is very high offensive mater, please controle the parking charges.

Railway station was clean and neat. Khammam railway station got number one cleanest station in the India ,two times. Need to upgrade the station , by providing lifts. Need to increase the shelter space and seating chairs. All most every express/super fast train will stop at khammam station.

Not good near reasturants and hotels for dinner and lunch they only focused to earn money without caring the wrost services

Got down in Khammam from another train before getting into another train found the station maintained excellantly. Loved the station. Railways to reward the Station Master.

Good but there is very long route connectivity, government has to be connect all the railway station with different route.

Best Railway Station in SC railway, connects South Indian Ayodhya --Bhadrachalam a much known piligrim center, 120 kms away from khammam.
Having good quality passenger amenities, Dormetatory facility available, can be make use of the same in emergency n sickness by passengers. On its either side tickets booking counters available. Located at amidst of the city, having star rated lodges with banquet halls on its either entrances, convenient for business promotion camps. Worth visiting the historical Khammam city of Nizam Nawabs.

Middle of KHAMMAM,near by municipal office,etc..many services Daily available. Also good communication with all major cities around Country like new Delhi, jammu, Mumbai, bangalore, Vijayawada, Chennai, trivandrum, kanyakumari and etc. Khammam is a district head quarters so rush with public all time
