We actually went to check out some Mahindra cars, the showroom of which was just next door to the Maruti Suzuki Arena. From the moment you step in you will be floored by the hospitality. Starting from the receptionist through the sales personnel and almost down to the, person who serves you coffee. Every single person is cordial and welcoming. Mr. Mayur was our sales representative, and he made our experience, extremely pleasant while purchasing our new vehicle. What I found quite impressive was the way Ms. Shubhangi demonstrated the accessories on a model of the car, placed on a huge screen on the first floor. You not only can see the accessory, but there isn't any need to imagine how it will look. It's all transposed in real, on a computer model on-screen for you. A real plus. Sai service really delivered on all counts for the delivery of the car, without any undue delays. The coup the grace, really, was the key presentation ceremony. The entire personnel in the showroom clap while the key is presented, with a welcome ditty playing in the background. Makes one feel on top of the world for having purchased the vehicle. Thank you Sai Service. What a lovely experience!!! Well done and keep it up.....

Amazing service recieved while achieving dream success of buying brand new car.
