AU Small Finance Bank

Very good staff the way they deal with the customer with respect.

Bank space is little smaller than others but i never ever face any long Q yet.

If you compare this to any other government banks it is 10 times better then the government because of the service that we get from their staff.

Service is so bad employee not work properly poor service and Google map location not actual address properly.

very poor service of emplyees of au bank yamuna vihar. customers used to wait many hours for small works.
like withdrawl,deposit etc. if customers have any specific work then customers have to wait many days.

Bank does not care of customer they busy with their own matters and does not have the knowledge of banking rules and regulations.

Worst banking service I have ever seen customers are waiting for their work and staff are busy with their personal discussions

Worest experience in this bank please go for kotak mahindra bank much better than au
This bank doesn't provide solution of your issue take much longer time which staff is also not responsible
