Never order from flaberry, they place order take the money, then never reply, order is also not sent, money is not refunded, customer care service is worst, nobody attends, line is always busy.

Very bad service, no one is replying on the given customer care number, no reply of email. Never order from Flaberry.

I had ordered for roses and even done the payment. Later I receive a mail saying that your order has been cancelled and your amount will be refunded. It's been 10days now and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer care service is absolutely pathetic. You can only contact them through online chat services. There is no way you can contact them directly. They are absolutely fraud I would suggest no one place an order through them

I placed an order on 13th Feb, 2019, which should be delivered on 14th Feb, 2019. But, they failed to deliver this, which is a very disappointing to me. Even, they have no refund policy to the customer bank account, which is their plan not to return customer's money back. I sent several emails regarding that and got the reply that they'll deliver the order with a compliment on very next day i.e. 15th Feb, But still, they didn't deliver it.

I think no one should believe this type of fraud company, which plays with customer emotion.

I don't wanna give a single star to it there delivery is always wrong and they don't have any policy regarding wrong delivery
