A friend in need is a friend indeed. My experience with Box Space is such.
I'm not from Mumbai and when COVID hit I had no other option but to move back to my hometown, hence the search for a reliable and safe space to store my belongings started. I stumbled upon Box Space. I was given a quotation over a phone call. Although the pickup services were not available at the time of the first lockdown, they do provide that service otherwise (you could compare their rates with other local vendors). But the storage facilities provided by them were top notch. My material is still intact even after 2 years of me storing it at their warehouse.
The staff is cooperative and the storage rates are pocket friendly.
Box Space was indeed a true friend during these tough times.

I had my luggage stored with them for three years or so. I've also been to the storage facility. It's clean and well maintained. The stuff is stored in a safe space and there didn't seem to be any issues with rain, pests etc. I'm pretty satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend it.

My belongings were delivered back to me in perfect condition. The consultant was very polite and helpful, and they were always available to answer my questions.

My household goods packed in 28 cartons were stored in the warehouse of Boxspace Solutions, Thane and without any damage to the cartons/goods were delivered at our new residence at Thane carefully and promptly. True professional service, initially I had double thought whether to go with box space or not but while getting my items back after 18 months I was really happy to see them perfectly how I handed over. Not even a single item had any minor damage.
In fact when I went to get my items back even then they arranged for tea and they only had counted all my items and showed me. Mr Harish was too good , he used to share pics of my items whenever requested. Thank you for overall support

Nice folks, I had to store some furniture & old household items for a year in their warehouse in Bhiwandi, it was trouble free wherein I didn't have to visit the facility even once, details shared via phone, photos, video call, etc. Overall good expereince.
