The proprietor Prakash is a very rude and unprofessional person. His team does not provide all details. The proprietor is not ready to accept the mistakes and shortcomings of his team. It is expected that the customer asks for all idiotic details which are implicit or implied in most of the gyms. Trainers have limited knowledge, are crude n not fully aware of the equipment. Customer service and etiquette does not exist at all! So don't expect it.

The gym is very small but "Okay" sorts for a person who just wants to focus on own workout and then push off immediately. One treadmill is faulty. Fan doesn't work in the mezzanine floor and hence it's stuffy. Trainers in gym do not know how the treadmill works and how to customize it. No idea about weights as I don't do weight training.

Pl try the gym but beware before you commit!
