Ours was a trip to Dubai, planned at a short notice by my son. My friend suggested that I contact Ruchi Tours, as she has had a great experience with them every single time. And she was more than correct.
The planning was impeccable, the agent was very cooperative, friendly and prompt, the hotel was spot on, the itinerary was very well designed and executed. All in all, bcos of them, our trip was very pleasurable and hassle free. One of the best trips we have had so far. Strongly recommend Ruchi Tours to all and looking forward to many more trips with them in future.

It was an amazing trip to Mauritius with my better half. Had an awesome stay at beach side hotel in Mauritius. Its a well known hotel in the world with the great ratings. The trip was well planned by Bhavik from Ruchi Tours according to our requirements and budget in which sightseeing and water activities were included. pickup and drop were excellent during the entire trip. I will definitely recommend Ruchi Tours to my relatives, friends. Keep it up guys.

Fastest service ever seen.

Ruchi tours was not completely honest with us. Firstly, Ruchi tours booked our tour with Make my trip without informing us. We were under the impression that we will be traveling with 80 people from Ruchi tours, however, on reaching the destination we found out that the 80 people were from MAKE MY TRIP, RUCHI Tours withheld this information from us.
Secondly, we had asked for good luxury hotels but they booked deluxe hotels and on confrontation they made excuses for their own carelessness.
I would suggest directly booking from Make My Trip instead of paying extra to these other travel companies.

Very bad tour and travel agency.we booked a 7-day Ladakh tour with them and used them to arrange our car transport from airport to hotel. None was there for pick up as we wait their for more than two hours. found the service and response of this travel agency to be extremely poor.

Bed sheets in desert Himalaya resort (Accomodation provided )was very dirty.
