Light is not there for almost 4-5 hrs in sat sun and every holiday. These guys don't even have electricity today on diwali. Worst. Even flush doesn't work. There is water leakage from sealing. Worst project from suraksha reality.

Worst society ever. Will not recommend anyone. Electricity, water issues are always there.

We are facing issues with this builder since purchase of our flat. Whatever had been promised at the time of purchase is not completely followed by them. They have charged humongous amount as maintenance which is actually double that was mentioned in the agreement. Without paying the maintenance amount, possession was not given. The builder has still not done the requirements as per the OC. No proper electricity and no water only tankers are used. Basic necessities which the builder has to bear are being charged from us. They are extorting money from the customers as we have no other choice. The quality of the structure of the building is also week as there are seepage in the monsoon and also cracks since possession of our flat 1 year back. It's been 18 months now, we still don't have proper water facility, there is no ESR yet which is mandatory as mentioned in the provisional OC. Water is supplied through tankers till date. Moreover, no MGL till now as the builder is not allowing the MGL team to proceed further and have informed that it may taken another 2 years. Roads are not developed yet. Lightings and signboard are not visible at all. There is a big list of things that have not been completed by builder till date. There is hardly any development even after utilizing our maintenance charges for 18 months. The builder is not at all empathetic to we residents and does things at his own pace without caring for us. There is no proper customer relations from CRM Team. Actually, we residents are stuck by buying property out here. Basic requirements of customers need to be pleaded to the builder and they treat us like beggars and not customers inspite of investing so much into this property. Please do not buy any property here until the basic demands of the residents are dealt with mutual understanding without dictatorship. We are waiting for this place to be heaven as misguided by the OROVIA team.
