Enroute West Tours Travels and Treks

We stumbled upon en route west by chance and we’d like to say we got lucky. The Bhutia brothers organised one day trek for us with camping. This is one of a kind trek at one of the less explored places. They also helped us tour Gangtok and nathula pass. We would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Sikkim to contact them for a better experience.

It was a nice trip organized from your end. Hotels & vehicle were well arranged. Will be happy to associate for any other future travels.

We had been to Sikkim in the month of june 23. The services with promptness received from Mr Tenzing Chewang Bhutia was just outstanding. We are thankful to him to arrange our tour Hazel free. The car he provided Toyota Inova crystal was in a very good condition & his driver Mr Chandan served us very grace fully. We also desire to again take his services to visit other parts of Sikkim in our next tour. We wish Enroute West Tour & Travels all the best , and recommend other tourist to go ahead with this Tour & Travel company.

My friends and I booked the Pelling local village 1 day trek and had an amazing experience. We learned so much about Sikkim and enjoyed the nature, local food and millet beer. Zigdel and his family were very welcoming and hearty. They made sure that we leave only with best memories.

We did a hiking/ Trekking Tour around Pelling on short notice. To be honest, we were wondering about the relatively high price. But after this trip I can tell you it was totally wearth it. We had a great day hiking from one village to another, learned a lot about Sikkim, got food at lovely family places and collected so many good impressions.
If you get the chance - do it!

The most incredible trip I have ever been on in my whole life!!! Most of which was down to the most special, kind and generous guides and hosts through our stay. Chops and Ziggy shared so much of Sikkim with us, we learnt all about their culture, ate all the most incredible food and also learnt some of the language - to be improved next time!!! The guides, the porters, the equipment, the route they choose to take on the Gochela trek and the mountain GOAT Pemtuk. There isn’t the words to say how amazing this team is, they are the best and beyond!!! Thank you so much, we will be back soon.

It was such a pleasure to travel and see Sikkim during the monsoon season with Enroute West. Gikdhal La was a phenomenal guide who made each leg of my trip into West Sikkim and North Sikkim such a memorable experience. Gikdhal La is always considerate, knowledgeable, timely, and very communicative guide with much compassion for all those around him. I will definitely remember our occasional karaoke sessions 😂 on the various legs of the journey between the numerous beautiful sites of endless waterfalls, verdant hills, and the mysterious mist of Sikkim’s summer months. Sikkim wouldn’t have been the same with his guidance and company. I would highly recommend Enroute West to anyone looking to gain a truer essence of Sikkimese hospitality, culture, and compassion. We did the Pelling local sightseeing tour with Enroute West and had a fabulous day, going to the well known and lesser known sites in and around Pelling. Our tour guide for the day was Zigdel, who was very knowledgeable of local history and customs and made us aware of the unique histories and local tales behind each of the places. We spent the day walking around the Rabdense Ruins, the monastery and park at Cherezing Statue, the Rimbi waterfalls and a beautiful picnic spot near the river bed. We then finished the day at a lovely restuarant serving authentic Tibetan food (as authentic as it could seem to my Indian palete) :). The unique part about our experience with Enroute West was thier friendly and accomodative nature and the fact that they curated the days itinerary for us as per our requirements (we said we did'nt want to hop around too much). We enjoyed our day with them immensely and infact booked the next two days of sightseeing with them as well. Would highly recommend the tour group for people wanting an authentic local friendly experience :).

Zigdhal my man!, Made this a wonderful trip full of adventure and action & to mention the stay @pelling with windows view of Kanchenjunga was breath taking. Spent a entire week visiting east,west & south Sikkim on RE bikes. First trip to sikkim & east India was amazingly beautiful ❤

Beautiful trekking, well organized, specified to our fitness! Especially food was great! Even had momos and fries at one of the camps! And a special something at the end > book it and you’ll know at the end! Definitely worth it, especially because you are supporting the locals!

The experience was so delightful , lik we people who traveled from tamilnadu to sikkim , we contacted this travel , their response and handling was so good and we got bike rentals 3 bikes for 3 days it was so moderate and during peak season they tried manage to arrange , itinerary and stay places were arranged , totally worth , thnks zikdel for arrangements 🎉

Enroute West is synonymous to Sikkim to be honest. Very glad that I got their reference from a friend. The whole experience was spotless and superb. We had a 10 day trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling and had given the planning and execution to Enroute West travels. We had one of the best holidays, enjoying the enchanting views and the hospitality of the people of Sikkim. Tenzing had made our drives around the region exceptionally comfortable and interesting, guiding us with the history and culture of Sikkim. He also has a great sense of humour! We travelled to Gangtok, Baba Mandir, Zero point, Lachung, Namchi, and Pelling. We preferred to opt for homestays where the hosts were warm, rooms neat and clean, and food delicious as well as healthy.
