My name is Shilpa Mishra. I had done my spine L4L5surgery one month before. after surgery my mussels were too week. Normal daily activities like walking, my posture, traveling was affected. After Doctors advise I started physiotherapy with Dr. Sneha. After 3-4 sittings only, I had seen very positive response from myself. My posture improved. I got confidance while climbing steps, walking. While traveling in rickshaw, bus pain was reduced.
Dr. Snehas teaching techniques, good knowledge, suggessions helps me to come out from difficult mode after surgery.
