The ground is a well designed and well maintained field with proper aminities. It has dressing rooms for teams, proper stands with a crowd capacity of 100-200. The pitch is well maintained, the grass quality is proper and overall it is an amazing experience to witness the matches and the cricket coaching that is being conducted on this ground

Day night matches under lights is an amazing experience for players as well as spectators. Well maintained audience stand and sitting arrangnments. Good pitch by professional curators around the year. Free to all residents till 8am and 8pm onwards on weekdays. Weekends are paid basis. Ground overall size is small, so high scoring matches on tennis ball. Academy trainings and coaching on grounds.

Situated in palava buildings casa Rio right next to the club house. The cricket ground is beautiful with gallery and lawn area to be seated. The area of the ground is smaller yet many tournaments happens in this place.
Pre booking of the ground is required at easy lease office at palava residence.
