In Akbar travels I met Mr. Harshad who helped me for my mom dad UK visa purpose. He really had lot of patience as we were visiting many times for some or the other reasons. I have been purchasing my airline tickets for a few years from Akbar Travels, Thane. My interaction has been with Mr. Ryan D'Silva. He is polite, courteous, patient and very helpful, even to the extent of sending one of the staff to deliver my ticket to my home and always trying to find a solution to any problem. I, especially appreciate his help during the height of the pandemic in 2020 in getting a refund on BA for the return leg of my journey, which I was unable to use. The rest of the staff too are polite and professional. I highly recommend using Akbar Travels for purchasing your tickets, which offer reasonable airfares and all the assistance necessary for your travel. With last minute plans for a self guided Europe Trip and only a day to arrange our documents for the Schengen Visa, we were left with a long list of queries. I had a doubt whether I can book through their website or not since I was using their website for the first time ...i had a call with their call centre before booking . I have a pleasant experience with Akbar Travels, Thane to share. Mr Ryan helped us to visit Toronto during the most hostile COVID 19 conditions and that too with cost effective tickets, along with wheel chairs, since we were travelling with the after effects of chikungunia like severe pain in joints.
