It was good experience overall. Travel agent was very helpful throughout the trip. He was so easy to deal with, communication was speedy and information requested was done in a really timely manner.

The communications were excellent, and we were very impressed that the travel arrangements (confirmation of tour, procurement of airline tickets and travel insurance) were made in such short order. The information on the tour (the package) provided was excellent.

Accomodations
Hotel Property In Dubai was exceeded all the expectations. Excellent. In all cases we were very impressed and surprised. Beds always comfortable. Staff were universally helpful, charming and willing to do all to make things go well.

Transportation
I was personally shocked and very pleasantly surprised to see the high quality and performance of the vehicles provided. (our driver ) is an extremely competent driver, about the best I've experienced. Everything on time as indicated.

Meals
Food in Hotel was great and varied. Choice of restaurants and meals excellent.
