Very happy with what was delivered. I happened to be at a different spa recently and had a really bad experience. I was apprehensive about OROM being a good place. So I wrote to them on WhatsApp. I got a response to tell me they provide only spa services and nothing else is offered. The therapists are well trained. I believed them. They proved they were right. The rates are pretty affordable and the service is top notch. The masseuse was awesome. I went in with a tired pair of legs and a slight stiff back. But when I came out to pay after the massage, I realised that I had forgotten the discomfort altogether. Safe place. Right opposite wonder mall.
I visited it a second time and it was as good as the last time. In fact when they had to cancel my appointment because of it being a crowded day, they had the courtesy to call me and inform me well in advance. who does that now a days. It is a no nonsense place.

I visit Spa’s on regular basis and this is one of the most professional spa I have been and now this is my go to place to relax my body & mind..

It was splendid experience. I would have loved more time around foot area but rest everything was perfect. My therapist Miss.Aivo was excellent. Overall I enjoyed the bliss hour.

One of the best places in thane for a very relaxing massage, would totally recommend it. Been here multiple times and not once have been disappointed.

Clean, therapeutic sevice. No one hurries you or charges extra for every small thing. The masseuse really worked on the feedback and seemed knowledgeable. The salon looked good too. Recommended if you're looking for a wholesome few hours.

-Ambience: Relaxing music, soothing ambience and very neat & clean throughout the premises.
-Staff: The manager is always very welcoming and ensures he knows what therapy to suggest based on one's needs. Overall the staff is very hospitable and well-spoke.
-Therapy: The therapists are very professional & skilled at what they do. Just wish the sessions would never end. So relaxing & rejuvenating, it's like they just somehow magically remove all the stress from your body and you feel lighter when you are done.

This was my first spa visit in Thane. We opted for a couple package. We opted for Foot reflexology, Swedish-Deep tissue massage and head massage instead of body scrub. The first two were mind blowing. However Head massage can be improved upon. The welcome, ambience, the masseurs, the green tea after the spa treatments were perfect.

The therapist are certified and experts in their job, the ambience is very calm and cool, hygene and hospitality is well maintained.
