Tilak Cinema

After renovation the theatre is in a decent condition, we enjoyed the movie 🍿
I would say that the variety of snacks is not sufficient as we only get samosas, popcorn & cold drinks.
That should be improved a bit. Nonetheless a good experience within Dombivli.

Good cinema theatre with most films being shown here. Balcony and Stall sittings are available at moderate prices.

Majority of the English films are in Hindi Dub so, authentic voice and dialogues can't be enjoyed, however, Dubbed versions are also great (depending upon the dubbing team of each studio). I hope English audio versions also get shown in future (At least 1 show).

Food is good and vegetarian (especially Samosas, boiled corn and Popcorn 🍿) but a bit costly than outside but I guess it's understandable because of entertainment charges and for covering operating costs of the theatre.

The security is good because it's very important. They check bags and frisk for any objectionable items. Big bags, eatables, pets, etc are not allowed inside.

Parking is provided for the audience within the building, but be sure to ask the security and tickets counter about it.

Audio system is great but sometimes fans can be too loud (No problem when A.C. is turned on and fans are off). Sometimes AC wouldn't work but most of the time, had a good experience.

Overall, the theatre is good for family and friends and very near to the Dombivli East station.

A cozy place. The prices are also decent. There are all types of movies available I would really recommend it. Just you should not bring any sort of food item in theater. The staff is also nice just the washroom facility is not comfortable as both people of both neighboring cinemas are congested in one only place. All over is is a great place to go with family, friends or alone😃😃😃😃😃

Good Theater, But I don't like the bathroom and the budget friendly Theater

This place is renovated, and you will definitely love watching movies here.. The chair's are more comfortable now and also the interiors are great... If you have not visited Madhuban, Tilak and Pooja after renovation then once do visit, you will definitely love it ❤

Modest theatre with modest screen and seats. Still a great thing to find such kind of theatres in Mumbai.

It's a sub standard Cineplex with good interiors and Parking space. But the main problem is the location of the Cineplex which is ever crowded. But it also gives an added advantage of shopping anything from food to clothes whilst waiting for/ after movie.

Its a good budget theater and the only theater in Dombivli. However at the outskirts of dombivli there is PVR Cinema in Lodha Project which is far away and a bit costly. Tilak Cinema is decently priced and movie n sound quality is at par with other theaters. The best part is its location bang opposite to Dombivli Railway Station on East Side. Paid Parking is limited and covered. Access of vehicles is from market so it will take time to reach to theater so add max 10 mins more if you driving on your own in 4 wheeler and no worries if u walk down from auto or go on two wheeler. Food inside theater is limited however quality is good. Hope you enjoy your movies here and I am a loyal patron at Tilak Cinema since year 2002 every weekend almost i am here for movies...

This is one and oldest theatre in dombivli , located besides railway station (East)
This theatre have three screens , madhuban - pooja - tilak,
i m watching movies from my childhood here , all times feel better than OTHER. Theatres. Good place for youth to go for first show everyday..

If you want to watch movie but with limited budget tilak cinema is the best place nowadays . Food expenses are also not too much here .It's all reasonable . Two and four Wheller Parking space is available .

Tilak Cinema is a part of Tilak Multiplex, the Very first multiplex of of Dombivali.

Developed by Vira Theaters Pvt. Ltd. Is a well utilised space.

Still has a balcony and stall system of seating.

Well Connected to railway station, bus station , auto rickshaw facility.
Sound quality is deteorating but still a good Dolby digital system.
Has lift and staircase for internal movement.
Exit is narrow.

A must visit place of dombivali and affordable theatre in the heart of the city.

It is the oldest single screen threatre in Dombivli. In those days people used to come watch movies here. But with time the fame of single screens have been taken up by swanky multiplexes. Still beating all the odds, TILAK cinema hall stands tall & unshakeable in its own glory.

nice theatre i liked it very much its so cheap. interms of film tickets
it always gets housefull onevery movie . they have got even nice food in there but they dont have cheap samosas and vada paav...
i like to watch movies as it is also near to the station not much far!!!

Toilet wash room is limited ...otherwise is ok

I watched Shubh Mangal Zyada Sawadhaan here. They renovated the whole theatre recently and its amazing. Comfortable seats good snacks options.

All time hit, very good environment after renovation, I still remember the old and only one theater in Dombivli east standing with new look...love it😘😘😘😘

Reasonable price sitting arrangement is good and pictures clarity very nice and also well maintained
