I had a Contura Lasik surgery done here in January 2024. Very organized clinic and the staff was super helpful and professional in conducting all the procedures before the surgery. Kudos to Dr. Prajakta and her team. She walked me through all the processes that she will be performing during my surgery. All of my follow ups were also held timely. I would really recommend this clinic for someone who wants to get a Lasik surgery done.

I carried out surgeries of both eyes recently in This hospital in Thane Ghodbunder road and my experience is very good. Before this I visited multiple hospitals but no where I could feel so much positive.

I got my LASIK surgery (femtosecond contura type) done here recently through Dr. Prajakta and everything went great, now I have HD vision! The clinic is very efficient with different test, the surgery, making the patient feel comfortable, hygiene and use all the latest technology. The doctor herself was very helpful and made me feel super comfortable before and during the surgery, all the follow ups were given care to really well. They also gave me a stress ball during the surgery since I mentioned I was more scared than usual which I think was very sweet! They treat all their patients with care and dedication and I would 100% recommend getting any surgery especially LASIK done here :)

The whole process for a patient to undergo during this period - preoperative tests, counseling before the surgery, sorting out Medical insurance formalities, post operative tests and reviews etc- is very streamlined. I got my both eyes cataract surgery done in Ramkrishna Netralay in December 2023.MICS procedure was completed in 10-15 mnts and was painless. I had cylindrical power hence toric lens is used.post operation recovery is very good and visibility is clear.All the staffs including Counceller and doctors were very cordial and humble..

I am a student at St. Andrews University, Scotland, doing my Masters in Animal Behaviour. Am 24 years old and have been wearing glasses for over 15 years with very high power. Recently, I consulted doctors in UK where I was advised to wear contacts in order to pursue my outdoor sports and fieldwork without the constraints of glasses.
On a recent holiday to India, my parents advised me to consult the doctors at Shree Ramkrishna Netralaya as my father just went through his rentina treatment successfully. At the outset, it was the counsellor Pranjal who heard my case and gave me a confident answer that I'll be off glasses and contacts.
I was put up to Dr Prerna Shah who advised me that there will be a complete cure to my problem. I underwent a series of tests for the Lasik procedure. I was put through tests with world class equipment by always smiling and calm optometrists, Asmita and Parvati. Dr Prajakta finally operated on me.
It has been a month now and I don't wear glasses anymore. Like a miracle, following tests have also revealed the progress has been calibrated and predicted.
I write this note with a lot of gratitude in my heart. Right from my initial contact Mrs Pranjal who patiently explained the treatment process and guided my parents through the financials. From then onto the receptionists, Shilpa, always smiling and calm, Muskan, extremely professional, Vandita, very friendly and Kesari who is always smiling., who were always ready to receive us with a smile and positive behaviour.
