Deliveries are always late, and you have to pick them up yourself each-time.
They don’t even bother to answer the phone call.
Your clothes are kept in very awful condition, and the so-called "cleaned" ones aren't actually clean.
Consider trying a nearby laundry service instead.

Worst laundry ever, this guy kept my clothes for one week in worst conditions, and kept on saying that it will be done but when finally I went to collect the clothes they couldn't find it and after lot of search found my bag that too unironed clothes which were more crushed.Pathetic service. Not recommended at all.

These guys are the epitome of unprofessionalism. They never pick up calls make false promises to deliver finished laundry on time.

Worst dry clean service ever done. The guy took the saree and did nothing till 13 days. We kept on following it up with him to which his constant reply was that the saree still hasn’t arrived. When thrashed (verbally) he agreed to return the saree but without steam press. Finally after 13 days when we got the saree it wasn’t even dry cleaned. Our receipt no. 3001.

Horrible experience ever. The lady who claims to be the owner has zero work ethics. I had given them clothes for ironing they took more than 15 days. On top of that they were not able to find my clothes and made my husband stand there for half an hour without any update. The entire day I kept on following up with them and finally at night I picked up my clothes from the back door. The guy present was not ready also to give the clothes I had to snatch it from him. And the pathetic lady had gone to one of the outlets of company that work for to ask for the money which was hardly 35 rupees. These are the same guys to whom I used to give 500-1000 in advance. Also after the incident the lady was still arguing with me. I paid her 200 against 35 and left from there. That pathetic lady didn't even return the remaining money. They do not deserve even the single star given. The lady is so pathetic zero talking sense, zero business sense, zero customer service. And she is very foul mouth.

They lost brand new trouser and not even ready to take responsibility. Their staff was more interested in taking nap than managing clothes given for press

One of the worst people to deal with. I have given my clothes and its been 2 weeks till date they haven’t bothered to return it. All phone calls go unanswered. Friends pl avoid this laundry. Hell of a place. Very unprofessional.

Would have given zero star...Very Bad Service and The Staff is rude and have no work ethics...They do not admit their mistakes and apologize for the same...Instead they say that clothes is not their responsibility...If u want ur clothes back in good condition do not go here...
