Aldo is one of my favorite brand of shoes but the store in Viviana can really do lit better. In terms of the latest style in them, colour and size the retailers need to review the stock.
There are some common styles of Aldo shoes which should be there in common shoe size.
But all said and done, Aldo shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes so the stars are only for the brand!

Worst ever store of Aldo i have visited. They do know how to service the customers. They want the customer’s to behave on their whims and fancies. Vijay who is the store manager is pathetic of the all

It’s the worst store I have ever visited.
Mr.Vijay G who is currently a store manager didn’t even apologised for the fault.

I have brought this pair last year in July 2022. It’s is just been a year and the strap became loose.

I have repaired it once from the store but it didn’t worked. I asked them for repair option. They said it’s not possible than why it’s not clarified while selling the product.

We pay for brand and quality.

Aldo Showroom in the Vivianna Mall (Thane ) has very poor service.
They refused to attend to me when I went there with a concern regarding a bag purchased from that shop.
The second incident occurred when my husband bought a shoes from there. Within 3 weeks, the shoe on the top part started peeling and falling of the shoes.
With the shoe in hand, when went to the shop, the sales staff put up an aggressive tone while talking.
We are done for good with this brand.

Extremely poor quality products. I think they sell fake Aldo products. I bought a sling bag on Feb 7th and within 2 weeks of usage the material of the bag started to crumble, and the strap of the bag tore and came off. Even Aldo's signature badge came off. Went to the store, they did not respond well, they were expecting me to buy another one from fresh and add another 2-3k to my overall purchase as they do not have anything similar in the same price range as the bag I purchased. I asked for my money back they denied. Store manager said they will call me within 2 days for further information on what can be done, but its been 3 days and I haven't received any call yet. I will not recommend this store to anyone, even if you like Aldo products. I am not sure if they sell fake or real products.
