Showroom is too small for the Kia brand and needs to be upgraded. Suggest to make two different places for Showroom & Delivery.
Mr. Rishabh and Mr. Mac helped in Selecting the Model and Test Drive. Both were helpful for the timely delivery. Accesories Fitting and Paperwork was smoothly done. Carens is smooth and safe car with 1.5Lt turbo Engine. IMT model is fun to drive.

However, there is always room for improvement, and I believe that Shreenath Kia should start the process of physical visit of the customer to their warehouse after the car is allotted to the customer and before any process, so that the customer can physically check the car and can be satisfied with the allotted car.
