Recently been to this property. Had a great and pleasant stay. If you want to explore new Kodaikanal this is the place for you. You will have a great private time since staff will be around only when u call them. Good and tasty home made food available at an affordable cost with the choice of your menu. I strongly suggest this property for you.

Really Nice place to Stay with your friends , we 6 stayed 2 nights on aug 13&14.Budget Worthy, Owner Mr.Abdul was kind hearted person also Care Taker Mr.Mohan really provided us a good home made foods. Two days we enjoyed a fully in this place. Adjacent pond is really good and we decided to come again.

It's my 2nd time stay here in armaans mud mart,the property is awesome and has a small lake in it,the staff and the owner are very friendly,totally the stay is value for money and I recommend this place.

Jardin d'Armaani.....c'est un bel endroit pour séjourner en famille et entre amis.. endroit très calme avec un étang et une culture de pois, de radis et bien plus encore.. unique en son genre.... Armaan sera fier de sa place...

Peaceful place and nice location to stay. Hall, 2 rooms, and one bathroom. They are building another one for another room. Care takers are kind and helpful. The only concern is no wifi and no network for Airtel users. Jio is available. Enjoyed the weekend peacefully with friends without any disturbance(phone)
