We had great tour of Kerala, with Sahal of KSA Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd. We were 9 person, for 8 nights and 9 days. From pick up at Airport at Kochi , up to last drop us at Trivendrum Airport, it was precisely planned as our requirement. Luxiours van like Force Urbania, 4 star 5 star hotels, stops for afternoon meals and evening meals, everything was excellent.
Even one hotel had overbooked our types of rooms, Sahal intervened and upgraded hotel rooms. Driver Jiju made sure none of us had to walk more than optimum, even driving in narrow roads with Force Urbania.
Excellent breakfast everyday , veg meals in afternoon and evening.
We loved dedication of Sahal, even not physically with us. He was watching like deep eyes.

We had an amazing journey to kerala (Munnar and Allepey). Thank you to the executive Aiswarya who was always in intouch as well as the driver Shajeer, who was very friendly.
One thing to mention here is before cruising on a houseboat please do check whether it's a private or shared houseboat. It's all once choice, to prefer one over other. Overall i can say it's a great trip to remember down the memory line. Thank you KSA.

I recently did a 12 days long family trip to Kerala. I booked the cab via KSA and their service is outstanding. Highly professional and genuine folks, great public dealing. The best part was our driver, Arun. He is by far the best cab driver we have ever had in India. Amazingly supportive and caring, always going beyond his way to help us. If you are planning a Kerala trip, I would highly recommend the cab service from KSA, and ask for Arun if you can get him!

Mr Vishnu was such a delight to be with. He was the perfect driver anyone could ever wish for. He was kind, friendly, understanding, informative and most importantly patient to most of our adhoc requests. He recommended excellent places for us to shop and dine. His recommendations were worthy and excellent choices. He was very punctual and cooperative. Even when we made adhoc decisions/changes to our plans, and even though he was tired, he attended to it with a smile and earnestly.
