I trust GTS totally, even when I need to book a cab for my elderly Parents. It is always a hassle free experience, from booking cab to reaching the destination. The customer service team is very helpful and professional. In short, GTS cares for its customers.

We booked a cab for Delhi from Dehradun. The cab arrived on time for pick-up and was well maintained. Shivinder, the person driving it was well behaved and turned up neatly. Overall a good experience.

I booked the cab for 5 days to visit 2 dham. The car was in good condition and came to pickup at Haridwar station on time. the driver Mr Ravi was very accommodative. The driving was also appreciated.

We are a family of 6 on a 15 day Uttarakhand trip. Had booked an ertiga with driver for the trip. The booking was smooth and the rates were competitive. The executives were very responsive and polite. We had a problem with the driver we got (good with the vehicle but hot tempered and bad attitude) I asked for a change and a new driver was provided who turned out to be one of the nicest driver we have ever had. Took the services of GTS for four days trip to Punjab. We were provided with good cab (swift dezire/CNG) and excellent driver.
However, I found the daily rate of Rs 3960 with a limit of 250 km per day, including Rs 300 per day as driver's allowance to be high.

I booked the outstation cab a day before and it reached on time .
Driver was also good

On time arrival and departure as well as driver was very decent.

My booking experience on 8 th September, 2022 from patanjali wellness hq was superb. On that basis, I have no hesitation to rate them with 4*. Now, the actual service (drop-off at dehradun airport) is due on 12/9/2022. Will award them another star based on that experience. Hope, my review matters!

Md. Sohaib came on dot to pick up and there was absolutely no problem
there whatsoever. A1 service.

Please note that I am non-native of this area and was suspicious about some racket between hotels and resorts and local cabbies to artificially pull prices up, where GTS plays a huge spoilsport. Probably, that reflects in negative ratings.

I also request Patanjali to provide this excellent service to their customers.

I travelled with my family from Dehradun to Rishikesh. The cab was good maintained. I like that I have never had to pay for any extra hidden charges. One of the best taxi services. Highly recommended them !
