Zeeshan Restaurant - Apna Hyderabadi Food

Zeeshan is known for its Quality and Taste.
The best thing here is Juicy Mutton Mandi. No restaurant in the town can beat it. Not even Pista house. They will even give you more gravy for free if you ask.
The environment is also good. Separate cabins for Mandi.
Waiting time can be more sometimes. But, Taste is awesome.
Even Chicken-Mutton Biryani tastes good. Prices seems a little bit higher than other restaurants.

Cons: Parking is little and congested. You have to park your four wheeler beside the road. Or somewhere far from the restaurant if the spots are occupied.

Had mutton ghee roast mandi here. The food was amazing and the quality and quantity of rice is good. Desserts particularly rabadi, khadu ka kheer and fruit custard is must try here.

I tried mixed mandi, it was delicious and easy on wallet

Zeeshan is favourite for its sherwa roti and chai..
During ramzan month you will get best haleem here and the place is most enjoyable with friends

Biryani tastes 😋 yumm but the service is not good and the atmosphere is not at all comfortable!!

One of the best and favourite biryani restaurant in mahabubnagar. But for Take away/Delivery only. Dine in option also available but ambiance is not cozy. Its too crowded. This place also famous for Irani Chai. It is located in old Bus stand (clock tower). Swiggy, sometimes Zomato available.

Best Restaurant in mahbubnagar district for hyderabadi biryani and non veg starters like kabab,chicken lollipops,mutton 65,etc and also popular for irani chai and cleaness is also well maintained. You must try mutton haleem (it is only available in ramadan)

Zeeshan hotel is just super! Authentic Hyderabad biryani. if I go via Mahboob Nagar I take a family pack of mutton Biryani. Decent qty at competitive price. Taste is great. Definitely recommend it for biryani, chai and snax. This is located just beside clock tower

The food is good, and is easy on your purse. However, not all dishes mentioned in the menu are available. Check with the waiters before ordering. Try the Kaddu ke Kheer for sure.

I regularly visit here for a cup of tea with my friends, it's a very nice place to be very good service and great taste of tea. You can also have sherwa roti which is the best in mahabunagar.
