Air India Reservation Office

I visited office yesterday. train was late due to Fog so reached office at 5 PM.
But they were worked till 7:30 even office closes at 6:00.
She had doctor’s appointment & she canceled for me.
She was helping me with smile on face after office hours.

I don’t have word to say. Thank you Ma’am.

* Who said that in air india no one will help you. They are absolutely wrong

* They were really helpfull mainly the person who helped me even though i dont know hindi he was really help full...i dont remember his extact name his name it starts with "CH" i think "chaudhavan" im not exactly sure of his name

I booked my ticket yesterday but i had to reschedule it as i booked the wrong date ..when i called the customer care they said that you cant do anything and i have to pay penalty if you i wish to want to reshedule or cancel your ticket.. i was hopeless i saw a review in google map stating that they will surely help you in the air india reservation office and they did ..thank you guys 👏👏 i dont remember his extact name his name it starts with "CH" i think "chaudhavan" im not exactly sure of his name....he was awesome and sincere in his work..keep it up bro its because of you guys people yet have some trust in the airlines 👏👏👏👍

Professional staff, courteous, eager to help in short total opposite of my last visit when it was not under TAta group . They listened patiently and provided a solution likewise.

Air India office at Safdarjung is amazing. Staff is super supportive especially thanks to person Rahul. Its very difficult to find such a nice and customer friendly person. It was absolute please to get assistance from him.

The staff attending my ticket was very polite and she ( Ms. Neha) did the job gracefully. My personal thanks to her and wish Air India continues business like this.

Very efficient staff, quite contrary to general impression. I only hope that their customer care executives at the Call centres also acquire the same public dealing skills.

Went here for getting my flight postponed. Customer service was outstanding. The staff guided us to get the right dates at which the cost of the ticket was the lowest. While the tickets were being processed, an elderly gentleman who was working as staff offered to give us food and drinks from the canteen. While this might not sound like a big deal to many, the guesture and friendliness of the staff and was heartwarming.

Several time when I visited here, their staff members all are very helpful and their guidance is very appreciative. And specially their behaviour with passengers is very cool & they're help to everyone very nicely. I will be appreciate thankful to all staff members, If they are gent's or ladies staff all are very respectable employees. Thanks to everyone.

And specially I request to all passengers, please don't misbehaving with them, some time I noticed that some passengers talk very badly with them and their behaviour is very rudely with staff members, I really hurt from them and their misbehavioural attitude. Please don't misbehaving with them.

My experience here was quick and smooth. Came for getting excess baggage ticket for AI codeshare partner flight. They have a token system and my turn came in less than 5 minutes.

Good experience -- cordial staff, helpful and patient to answer queries. Maybe it was post lunch and very few people, but i am sure they would be same professional during peak hours too.

She showed genuine empathy to our problems caused by the rescheduling of the Air India flight from Delhi to Toronto on 19 Jul'22and went the extra mile to resolve the issue!

Can be noticed from traffic. Staff are polite and well behaved. I went for the cancellation of my tickets, so staff were helpful and didn't ask me any question and without any hesitation they did my work.

To reach by metro: Jor Bagh metro station (Yellow line)

If you coming from your own vehicle then there is parking available. So no need to worry about the parking.

Our ticket was also booked before the Corona crisis last year. On going here, Staff behaving very well , rescheduled our ticket very quickly. Thank you very much for good service.

It was an amazing experience to visit there, I met with a really professional guy who understood the issue and resolved in no time. I am thoroughly impressed with the courtesy I witnessed during my visit.

I was here for refund. Atleast they accept to refund my all corna time tickets. But still I am waiting for my refund.
One thing want tell everyone. Please wait for some more time they are started their work after corona crise to resolve issues.
