I'd give them 4 stars based on the fact that the whole process was smooth from entering the premises to getting the biometrics done. I'd give 5 if my passport collection process will go smooth as well which will take some time.

Things to know before you go:
1. There is no seating arrangement outside the station so there is no need to be early. Be there 20 minutes early.
2. Bring all your printouts from home as there's no place to get it here. Plus you'll see people outside who'll give this service at a hefty price.
3. Bring your BIL and passport and a copy of the email received. They didn't ask me for the consent form but make sure you bring that as well.

The whole process took 8 minutes.
There is seating arrangent inside the metro plus you can have some snacks or coffee at Cinnabon or Starbucks inside.
I opted for the Normal processing. They'll give you the option to opt for the premium as well. So, decide for yourself.

Updating after passport submission :

The process is simple. Set an appointment and submit the passport. For collection, you'll get an email or SMS and then you just need to carry the govt id, copy of passport and collection email printout. Process is fast and easy.

My experience is awesome with Australian vfs in New Delhi which is situated in sivaji stadium, Good staff. They know there job very well. Staff is very polite they know how to deal with the people and they are very fast really it’s a fantastic experience with them.
I went on 06 th of feb 2020 for my Australia subclass 600 tourist Visa, they took only one hour as I missed my token no. But they help me to submit my file.

Went for biometric collection on Sat morning at 9 am. We got free by 9.30 and no fuss at all. The staff is very helpful. Best part is it is in the same building as the metro station, so I didn’t have to leave the building at all. We had to go from Gurgaon, so we parked our car at T3 airport and took the airport metro. Overall very cool experience.

Good professional services. Doing their job in best efficiency. Fast and disciplined. People are anxious, but their role is limited.

Initial Entry is not properly managed lot of crowed are qued for security check. Visa application process is good but all the windows are not working or unattended leads to higher waiting time (even after taken a prior appointments), rather than this the facilities are offered by VFS is seems very expensive. Courier service for Rs 650/- is not justified to deliver with in NCR. SMS service >Rs. 300/- for 5-6 SMS, even if we carrying a laptops, thier charge for cloaking facility is Rs. 150/- per hour.....
These rates for facilities are similar to loot.

I visited VFS office inside Shivaji Stadium Metro Station for VISA purpose. I was coming from far away so I took Metro. Via Airport Metro, the place is easily accessible. I was going for the first time. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Work got done swiftly. I would recommend visiting VFS office during morning time to avoid rush.

Contrary to the frightening reviews on this page my experience was totally the opposite.
However this may depend on the country whose counter you are at. So disclaimer on that front.

-Guards are friendly and helpful, they did their best to guide and assist
-The area has a bunch of restaurants including Cinnabon so there shouldn't be any complaints about food or beverages
- Plenty of seating space
- Again helpful and cooperative staff at both staging areas
- Total waiting time for me was 20-25 minutes.
- Staff DOES take card payment. This varies by counter. Thailand takes only cash.
- Great experience. Took me more time to reach the place than for the actual process.

Went to USA window of VFS. Beautifully administered and managed facility. I was very comfortable as the staff was very helpful, polite and well versed with the procedures. Highly efficient and cooperative staff. There was no wastage of time and the approach to work was commendable.
Keep it up for all the Times to come.

Went here for a UK Visa (Business). It is located in the basement levels of Shivaji Stadium Metro Station. No point reaching very early as they will only let you enter 15-20min prior to your time and there is no waiting area - you have to stand outside the Metro station. A trick could be to pretend to be a regular Metro user and enter the station so that you can at least wait in air conditioning! The entry for visa applicants and regular users is the same. There is a multi level parking about 300m from here.

Inside things were well organised. They have centres for each country and VFS staff will guide you to the right centre. You can carry small backpacks (like school bags) but they do not allow electronics like pen drive etc. Mobile is fine.

There is an option to chose regular or premium service and I was told regular might take an hour. I chose regular and was done in 15 minutes. I had self uploaded the documents so they only checked my appointment confirmation, first page of the document checklist and current passport (this may vary based on type of visa and country you are applying to). Once done they will give a receipt and keep your passport (unless you have availed the paid service where you can keep it with you until a decision regarding your visa has been taken). No photos were required in my case (but these may vary country to country). The biometric centre took the photo which will be used on the visa.

Now to see how they handle the passport delivery post approval. I opted for courier service (paid) but there is the option of self collection too.

Vfs global is located in the shivaji metro station. I've been there for my passport scanning for newzealand. The process was smooth.
One think I noticed if you come through the metro you don't have to stand outside in a line. In my case my timing was 2.15 but I reached there at 11 they didn't even check my appointment timing and directly gave me the token' and my work done quickly there.

I had a very smooth experience.It was my very first time visiting VFS . All security team and staffs are very kind and cooperative. Specially the staff Neha Dass , she is very empathetic . The only negative review is there is no waiting area outside, we have to sit or stand nearby the office which is very crowded till our appointment time. It looks like people waiting in railway platform . It would be really appreciated if you could provide some proper sitting area .

Whenever I go here obviously for visa purposes, I always get a feel that yes I am travelling abroad. The entire ambience, security, ease of work, good food outlets (Barista, Cinnamon etc.) make this place really beautiful. Also there are cleaned washrooms available. Best part is it's accessibility..it's on the Shivaji Stadium Metro station which can be accessed from the airport express line.

This is my second Biometric appointment including US. The experience was so good. The staff eight from the entry was very amicable. My appt was at 1530 but they let me inn30 mins before. The lounge was empty. So my token was called out almost immediately. The officer was cordial and amicable in his approach and very professional in attitude. He was very helpful in carrying out everything that was needed. Altogether a very memorable experience. Thank you VFS Global for giving me such a good experience to remember. God bless.

I would like to say, Everyone should keep documents in sequence and Photographs passport size only with Face captured must be attached. Services are World class, Office bearers are cooperative as well as Guide in a New environment

I visited VFS Canada in sept and Oct for biometric and passport submission/collection. Process is very smooth.

VFS automating multilevel Parking is available near to VFS. Laptops are not allowed inside VFS office. No question was asked for pen drive and power banks.
