From initial booking until getting delivery of the car each and every person I interacted with was very professional and very polite. They had done everything I had asked them to do in my car, even very small requests. Their knowledge of the whole process and about the car is also very good. I would like to thanks Maruti Suzuki Arena staff for there Great support.
I would like to share this experience. I was on the way to somnath from udaipur on my Nexa BALENO, un-fortunately due to a big stone on the road which I couldn't see broke a plastic cover in the bottom and it started touching the road at JUNAGAR railway crossing some people saw that and told us that something is broken down.
We went to a car repairing ship nearby he said that we have to change this cover, than we ask for authorised Nexa Service Center we went to MARUTI SUZUKI ARENA and without any if and but they accept the car and took it to service area and fix the new screw and rubber lock.
Also didn't charge a single Pent from us.
Thank you so much for your kind help. Because of you we were able to complete our 1300 km journey happily.
