The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and each room, and every detail of our request was promptly responded to with a smile. I had a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Annu, Hema, Mehak, Deepak, Vinay and all the hotel staff.

Our family visit to this place was truly wonderful. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. The rooms provided a perfect mix of coziness and comfort.

Couldn’t sleep because of the sound that was coming from the dance floor , everything else was nice about the stay , courtesies staff would like to mention some names of the front office staffs - Hema ,Pravesh , Mehak , Anu , Vinay , Deepak .
Room service was excellent, house keeping was good , quality and timely delivery of the food , need to attend the door and window issues .

The hotel was newly renovated and true to its name, is really grand. Comfortable rooms and warm staff. Breakfast also was delicious!

I had a fantastic stay at the grand dhillon, the room was very comfortable and extremely clean, I am an English traveler that speaks no Hindi, this was not a problem, most of the staff spoke great English. 10/10 I would recommend a stay in this hotel! All of the staff were very friendly, front desk, food and house keeping was fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A good place to hangout with friends and family. The food and ambience won’t disappoint you but we had to wait for 10 mins for the waiters to show up even though we were the only one in the restaurant. Other than that, the bar is absolutely beautiful.

The best hotel in the city. The rooms are well airconditioned. The restaurant for breakfast is ok, for lunch time is good, but the best meal you get on dinner time, just the local cuisine! The roof top restaurant is a very special experience during evening and night times, you will enjoy the beautiful view to the big city and the great industries near by. The rich locals loves the place for make the wedding and other festivities. Nice!

Awesome hotel and staffs and happy to visit here

Even though this place is very close to the highway, it is verily quaint when you enter the reception itself. The display and flooring gets the mind at ease and want to sit down. I haven't seen the rooms but i am sure they will be extraordinary. I have known this place since i was a child and have been visiting it thereon. Also visit their latest rooftop bar named - The Seventh Floor.

Good feeling and very nice service

The Hotel Lobby is fantastic and the staff is very good and the hotel rooms are no less than 5 star and each room has its own wireless Internet (WiFi) connection providing us the fastest internet speed possible in the area. The room service is quick and the food is just fabulous.

Dhillon provides excellent food...they hardly ever go wrong with that. The Maple Restaurant has been given a warm makeover. Wonderful colour combination in the upholstery used and in the woodwork and wall papers. All these give it a very trendy yet traditional look.
They need to spruce up their services though. Very slow processing of orders, and some of the waiters are really really unskilled. This, unfortunately, remains even after all the refurbishing.
If one is planning a dinner, do go in early with a good 2 hours in hand to enjoy your meal.
The rooftop restaurant is also very good. It provides a beautiful 360° view of the city, in addition to good food.

Better as a takeaway than a sit down meal.
Abu chilli kebab is different and ankush tastes great.

One of the best restaurant in bhilai...lots of things to do...best place to chill out with the friends and make the evening and night remembering you have lots of options to do here...like boozing and even hookah too....you can get best food to eat...it has finger licking taste...the ambience is awesome...the deco the atmosphere has a wide color gestification...and the ambience is too good that it is a photogenic place to have a selfies with ur friends....the top roof is best and the place resembles of a metro type ambience...and the surroundings is also good the flyover infront of it looks awesome...its a nice decent and little expensive bt its worth price as the ambience and quality of food is worth the price....we can have a memorable day here.the pub here is too good the sound quality the food and the drinks served here are so nice....the staff and the delievery speed is too good....punjabi chinese indian and italian food are awesome...i like the grilled ones specially bbqs and the place is perfect for the first date even for small functions like engagement..they give full facility of it....worth one...nice place to visit here

Grand Dhillon, like the name suggests is one of the few grand hotels in Bhilai. It is spacious, well lighted, and serves great food. It also has a party hall for bigger parties which is available on booking. There is a rooftop restaurant and an indoor restaurant to suit your mood. A 52 days food festival is going on these days in Grand Dhillon which encourages various cuisines on different dates. There is ample space for parking. A ramp and an elevator is provided for our convenience. The ambience is well decorated and indeed gives us a grand feeling as soon as we enter the main entrance. There is also a small bakery section to choose cakes or pastry of our choice. Overall, I loved the food, cake, service, ambience and facilities provided here. I definitely recommend it for special occasions.
