Travelled from Raipur Airport to Bhilai. Excellent Service. Driver is very polite and helpful. Reached pickup point on time. Car is neat and clean. Their charges are much lower than Ola and Uber.

Best cab service from Bhilai to Raipur Airport.
Initially when they said it was a prepaid service, I was hesitant but after taking the ride understood why they charged us before.
Ontime departure and arrival.
Kudos to the driver who had right attitude and very helpful.
Will use their service again.
Also they charged me 1300 whereas ola was quoting 2000+.

Now I feel their services have become better. Driver was good, humble. And further they have reduced the price for my route from 2000 to 1500 which was the case earlier. Now its totally worth it for one way journey.

Nice experience with Rahul Travels. I had taken a car from Raipur Airport to my destination about 60km. The fair was reasonable for the distance. Waiting time was small,driver was also of good behavioured. The representatives present at the airport was very cooperative. Overall a good service.

Firstly, I was impressed by the promptness of the driver. He arrived at the designated pick-up point on time and was polite and professional throughout the ride. He also drove safely and followed all traffic rules, which made me feel secure during the journey.

Additionally, the car was clean. The driver also took care to ensure that the air conditioning was at a comfortable level, which made the journey much more pleasant.

One area for improvement would be the prices for the trip from your end. While the booking process was straightforward, prices are a bit high which is above my expectation.

Overall, I would recommend your cab service to others and would consider using it again.

I am a returning customer so I knew about your excellent service already. I booked a taxi from Rahul Travel for Bilaspur to Raipur Airport l on August 24, 2023 at 04:45 am. The taxi arrived on time and the driver was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me with my luggage and made sure I was comfortable during the ride. The taxi was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend your taxi service to others.

The service is very nice. The cars are standard and very comfort. Safe for women. Drivers are reserved, descent and maintained. Keep maintaining such standards. The girls in the airport are doing their duty so well. They came and boarded us to the car from the airport. No difficulty in allotting a driver for a ride, they can instantly allot the driver to customers. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Overall experience was great, driver was bang on time and dropped us at our home without any hassle. He was friendly and also car was clean. I used Innova from Raipur airport to Bilaspur as I was traveling with my parents.
One suggestion would be to keep online booking in sync, timing selected was not considered when I booked online but it was later changed when I spoke to one of their support members.
Overall it was an amazing experience!

I have availed this car service from Raipur Airport for the 1st time . Though some lady representatives tried to book the cab on higher rate than what was mentioned in their cab booking kiosk but ultimately they couldn't make me fool. Except this unethical try, rest all process and services were good. Rate is quite reasonable. Booking and billing system also appreciable.

Good Cab Service, Driver behaviour also good, familiar. Only one thing to be changes on Reversal process if Cancel traveling, because if we cancel travel due to some reason refund not happened.All money goes to waste. On this case we hire to local taxi. Pls improve this reversal case. and 2nd is Long distance taxi not booked like Bokaro to Patna.

My experience with the Executives was good for the entire process from booking the vehicle, till the drop location. Even received a feedback call from the associates. I am a regular traveller with Rahul Travels & recommend their services to others as well.
